George placed his lunch tray on their table next to Dream, the busy canteen noise chattering in the background as he sat down next to his friend.

"Hey Georgie!"

"Hi!"

"How was the aftermath? You kinda got dragged away from me in the crowd after you won the game aha," George asked. Dreams football team had won the game they had been practicing so hard for, and George had been bursting to congratulate him but there was always a crowd around him now.

"Oh, yeah its been quite annoying having all these people in your face...but we won! I'm glad you made it."

"Yeah! You did great, I knew you would win from the start."

"Thank you," they smiled at each other lovingly, but George broke eye contact to carry on eating his lunch.

"So where's Wilbur?" George asked, looking around for his other friend.

"He's at band practice..." Dream stopped eating, ready to ask a question he had been wanting to ask for a while "Uh...do you- do you and Wilbur have anything...uh...going on?"

George looked at him, confused "What do you mean Dreamy?"

Dream's stomach fluttered at the little nickname, but he carried on "Are you like- going out?"

George immediately started laughing "wWhAT? nO?! Where did you get THAT idea silly?!"

"S-sorry I just thought because you hang out a lot with him you know?"

"I hang out with you more idiot, so if you're going by that logic me and you would be in a very committed relationship right now-"

"-wait what?! You two are dating!?" Sapnap had caught the end of their conversation as he neared their table.

"NO NO NO NO SAPNAP WE AREN'T SHUT UP-" Dream hurriedly said, face heating up a little.

"Alright..." said Sapnap, defeated. He walked away to Karls table again.

The two boys looked at each other, and started laughing again.

Before they could carry on or start a new conversation though, the bell rang.

"Ugh, I've got history. You?" Dream said, reluctantly picking up his bag.

"I've got a free period, I'll probably go find Will, I think he also has a free period."

"Mk, see you later then!" Said Dream, disappearing into the crowd.

"Bye!"

George put his lunch tray on the racks and made his way to go find Will, who was probably in the music room seen as though Dream had said he was at band practice.

Getting past the crowd of people, George finally made it to the quiet music corridor. Hm...quiet?

Opening the door to the main music room where Wilbur practices with his band, it was empty.

Where is he? Oh well, I'll find him.

He decided that he'd just stroll around the school and see if he spots his friend, and anyway, its nice to have some peace and quiet sometimes.

Walking back through the corridors, he was passing the lockers when an unfamiliar voice sounded behind him.

"Hey! Twinkie!"

Twinkie? Pft-

George turned around expecting to be greeted by a new face that just wanted to ask him something, but instead he slammed into the hard, metal locker.
