The Mistress sat on her throne as she smiled to herself from under her hood. "Now then phase one of nine of Decade's final test is already underway. Let's see how he handles my most brilliant plan yet!" The Miatress said as she started to chuckle. "I don't get why I can't test Diend personally, after all he will participating in my final game!" Hakaru said in a somewhat disgruntled tone as he kicked the wall nearby. "Patience Hakaru, you'll get your chance once the testing phase is finished. I will admit I had to adjust the entire plan with the emergence of a new Kivala, but no matter, this will only make things more exciting!" The Mistress said as her final test would be beginning soon as her pawns were already in place.
Seton Academy Yang was currently in the boiler room of Seton Academy as she was making sure everything was in working order. It was currently nighttime, although something was currently on the girl's mind. "Makoto really needs to relax, with the Mistress starting to make moves again on the academy and that new blank card, he hasn't got any sleep for the past few days." Yang thought to herself as she checked the pressure dials before walking through the dark boiler room. Yang exited the boiler room, but was unaware that a figure was watching her. As the moon hungover Seton Academy, Yang felt uneasy as she could feel eyes on her from somewhere. "I swear if those brats are pulling a prank on me again I swear!" Yang thought to herself as she had been the victim of a few pranks from the student body after getting a job here. "Alright get out here you punks! I know your around here somewhere! You better knock it off before I kick your ass!" Yang growled as her violet eyes turned red. Two glowing purple eyes appeared from the dark as an armored individual wearing a fedora and holding a unique gun stepped out into Yang's line of sight.

"Evening Madam, beautiful night isn't it?" The Kamen Rider said as he tipped his hat to Yang in a good natured way. "Cut the crap buddy! Who the hell are you?! You one of the Mistress's cronies?!" Yang growled as she got into a fighting stance. "You'd be right, the names Kamen Rider Skull. Unfortunately we must come to blows, now why don't you get ready so this is actually a fair fight?" Skull said as the eyes on his helmet glowed purple. Kiva-la flew out of Yang's bag before landing in her hand. "Let's do it Yang!" Kiva-la said in a determined tone as her human partner nodded in agreement. "Henshin!!" Yang and Kiva-la shouted together as the armor formed onto Yang's body.
