Mahou Shoujo Alice Chapter 6

(So sorry I haven't updated in so long!! D: here is the 6th chapter in the story! enjoy!)

Darkness spreads in the depths of Tokyo as midnight strikes. The young woman lays on the ground heavily bleeding, wounds all over her body. She had fought off a large enemy, however being unable to kill her. Her memories slowly flooding back to her as her power starts fading. "Renu..." she whispers, slowly growing weaker. She wonders as she remembers the dimensions in which she and the other angels with the mysterious power had occupied. The brown haired man named Leon, she believed to have the scent of Renu. The young woman stands up slowly and painfully, addressing her wounds as she nears an abandoned house. She was still stuck down here with no connection to the world in which was her home, Earth. 

Quietly she pulls part of her ripped sleeve and ties it over the already heavily bleeding gash in her upper arm. "This will have to do" she mumbles to herself. The young woman, only 17 years of age, stumbles slowly back over to her hammer as it starts to fade with weakening power. "Ii must find a way to get out of here, and find the others so we can fight together. That is the only way we can win this and find the Boss monster." Nodding her head she paces the watery pavement that seemed to be flooded with murky river and rain water. The scenery washed with roaring red fire, and already decapitated buildings from the war between this young woman and the monsters that lay within this replica Tokyo city. 

In the quiet of the moment, Lei hears the water behind her ripple. She stands still, heart beating hard and fast against her rib cage and her grip tightening on her hammer. "Don't be alarmed, it is I, the angel that awakened your powers" a familiar voice exclaims gently. The young woman turned around on the spot at the moment the angel started speaking, ready to attack in panic. Only for her to drop her weapon in surprise. "You scared me!" she hissed in anger as she knelt down to rub her feet which were now swollen from dropping the hammer onto it. "What have you come here for anyway? it's your fault I am in this mess! I want to be back home, with Renu!" she exclaims in an angry tone. "unless you have some miracle way of getting me out of here, which could prove really helpful right now" She looks at the green haired angel, who was now floating just above the murky waters, with dissatisfaction. "I did not put you here, I merely awakened your powers. If you want someone to blame, blame the maker of these dimensions and of this game you are playing. To him you are pawns. You need to act as the angel of luck for which you were given the power of luck" The angel's bright blue eyes boring into Lei's emerald green eyes. "I will give you a hint, in return you must defeat the boss at all costs or these dimensions will break down causing you and the other angels to be lost forever." The angel's face appeared serious as he frowned at the red sky flickering with fire. "Then what do I do to find the others" asks the young women with the same amount of seriousness portrayed through her facial expression. The angel looks back at her with sadness "you must go to the tallest building you can, look up at the sky and beg for the Guardian angel to lend you her power. After that, use her powers to create a portal on the ground. The other side of the portal will attach itself as a guardian spirit to the Angel of thunder. That is where you will find the others. Now hurry and go!" The angel exclaims while ushering Lei onward. "Thank you" she says desperately as she turns away from the angel who once again disappears. Without a care in the world, the young woman starts to run through the murky waters and debris from broken buildings and trees, not stopping even for the largest of monsters still left to destroy. "hold on Renu, I am coming back to you" The young woman mumbles while leaping from a broken bridge to the closest and largest building. Her hammer compact and safely tucked away under her cloak. The angel of luck glows brighter in aura as she strives to complete her mission in order to arrive safely to the one she loves.
