Mahou Shoujo Alice

Hello, So I decided to share this story here as well as on DevianArt and Fanfiction.net.In a nutshell this story is about a nobal student who's rich snobby parents abuse her and A Mysterious boy who takes her in. The student later realises she has some sort of strange power which allows her to fight creatures that humans are not aware of to save humanity. Read as the magic of love sprouts between these two characters.

Chapter 1

Disclaimer: I do not own Renu(c) as he is my best friends character but I own Lei-chan(c) so no taking!

As the sun starts to set on the beautiful city of Tokyo, Many people start to go home for Christmas holidays. Slowly walking in the shadows of the crowded street, the loud choir singers could be heard. The young lady dressed in a black shirt and jeans with studded boots, was trying hard not to be noticed by the strange adults around her. The soft flakes of snow had just started falling from the starlit sky and several drops of my deep red blood had fallen onto the white background as if it were painting a canvas of trouble. "Great...it has to snow now..." I grumble as I hurry along down the street to take refuge in an alleyway. I hear foot prints on the roof above my head and only then did I realise that someone dark is after me.

"No" says Yukari, a girl with long Blonde hair tied in a french plait to the side. She was also my best friend at the time "but why can't I just hug you even if it's for a little bit?" I said with a stubborn, spoilt tone. "because I am busy with work...you should be working too...that homework is due in next lesson" she replied. Ah yes I remember it now, Yuka-chan used to be one of the smartest students in our class. She was also the school president. After school had finished I wondered round the corner when I heard a rustling from the bushes beside me. "heh?" I jumped back thinking it was some pervert student. I was brave enough to take a look. An arm reached out from the clutter of leaves and flowers and pulled me in, that someone was a teenage boy who looked lost...a boy named Renu. I was 12 at the time and my family were rich and owned a mansion. My Father had owned a car factory. After the factory was deemed unfit to work in, my father was left with no job, so he turned to alcohol. "mmmm!" I tried to shout but he shook his head, his Lilac eyes bore into mine and I instantly trusted him. "shh" he says so I did. As soon as it got dark he let me go, I stood up Embarrassed "I'm sorry!" I said desperately as I bowed, I realise now I have changed quite a bit from then. I had run home rather fast being sure to climb up the runner for the roses to my window rather than take the front door, after all I didn't want to wake my father up and recieve a beating. I sighed and dumped my bag down in my dark room. "who was that..." I said in wonder as I fell back onto my bed, I looked up at the ceiling and there, I stared at the picture of my happy family. I had obviously drifted off to sleep because I had woken up to a sound of knocking at my balcony window. "w-whos there?!" I had a stutter, trying to be brave but so very scared at the same time. I got up and holding a baseball bat I opened the curtains to reveal the same teenage boy that had pulled me into the bush earlier on. "w-waaaah!" I had jumped back petrified, my heart banging across my chest. Should I let him in?, I asked myself. I slowly and cautiously walked towards the window and opened it, he fell onto me and he appeared to be bleeding. "W-what?" I said in a frightened tone, never before had this happened to me...never...yet there I was, holding an unknown boy in my arms who appeared to be hurt! I thought for a second and decided he needed my help. With that I picked him up and layed him on my bed then went into my ensuite bathroom to grab a cloth and some warm water. I set it down on my bedside table, switched the light on and went through my make up case to pull out a pair of tweezers. I unbuttoned his shirt carefully only to find a huge gun shot wound in his chest. Just below his heart. I had sighed in relief that he was not dead, I had grabbed my tweezers and warned him it would hurt after he came around. I turned my side light on and gently hunted for the bullet. I had found it and started to pull it out when Renu had moaned. "what have you been up too..." I asked quietly as I managed to pull out the bullet. "arrrgghh" he moans in pain and gritting his teeth."I-I'm sorry" I said in a worrued tone. He didn't hear me. Renu tried to stand up but fell from the pain. I ran across to him and caught him before he collided with the floor. By the time I had hauled him back onto my bed, he had already fainted. This had given me a chance to bandage him up so he could leave and not be discovered by my father.

When I woke in the morning the sun was shining very brightly through my window, I looked up from my position, (which was sitting on a stool with my head on the bed side) and saw Renu looking at me. I sat right up looking away being careful not to make eye contact, "Thank you for helping me" he said in a gentle yet heart stopping tone "i-it's ok" I replyed in shyness, trying not to make it obvious that I had started to become fond of him. "There is no need to be frightened...I shall leave now..." he said as he got up but he stumbled and fell, I jumped off my seat and had caught him before he hit the ground. "s-stay a bit longer...your not ready to go back out in the daylight" I stated but he pushed my hand away. "Please don't care about me like this...I don't know who you are and you don't know who I am" he says calmly then gets back up and walks towards the balcony. "w-wait...at least tell me your name?" I say desperately "Renu" He looked behind him, back at my face. His face had the look of mischieve. "My name is Renu and I am in the year above you" he says as he jumped from my balcony and disappeared. Somehow the name Renu sounds mysterious to me, like a ring master from a circus or a vampire from one of the childrens story books. I walked back into my bedroom and saw a jacket on my bed "he left his jacket..." I said while sighing. I hung it up on the door peg on the back of my white washed door and sat on my bed. I was very lucky my father was asleep.

Days later I got a phone call from some unknown person. "H-hello?" I said through the speaker "Who is this?" A familiar voice spoke through the reciever "Hello I believe I left my jacket in your room" the voice said "R-Renu?! How did you...how did you get my number?!" I started shaking thinking of the different possibilities. I was shaking so much I had dropped my phone. I picked it up again. "s-sorry" I said still shy, "it's ok" he replies with a gentle tone of voice "I got your number from the notepade in your room" he laughs a little "there is no need to be so embarrassed" I started to calm down "I am at school at the moment" I say with a little bit of urgency. "ah don't worry then" he interrupted me in mid sentence and hung up. I seemed to wonder why my heart was beating so fast. After school I walked to my favourite spot which used to be on the old bridge overlooking the sea. I watch the waves foam and cover some sea weed while the sun had started to set. I suddenly felt a chill down my back and I slowly turned my head only to see a familiar boy behind me. "R-Renu!" I yell and jumped back completely frightened. I tripped and slipped off the edge of the bridge. "Lei-chan!" he shouts and grabbed my hand. By the time he grabbed my hand I had felt a strange power within me, like I could fly. Renu had pulled me up and embraced me in his arms for at least 2 or 3 minutes before we move apart. he looks at me then shakes his head "I um, cam for my Jacket" he said as he was looking at me. "a-ah yeah" I said looking away "It's in my room" he smiles and takes my hand, I blush and my heart beats fast. "Lets go then" he smiles as he lead me to my house. just who is this boy....

As we walk through the door I noticed that my parents are home as they can be heard shouting at each other. "is everything ok?" asks Renu quietly as we entered the door, I whisper "Tadaima" and then nod in reply to his question. I started pushing him up the stairs so that he was out of sight, scared as I knew my father would storm out the room any minute now. "what the hell do you know?! You don't have a job!" my mother shouts "piss off! Why do you think I am always in different countries then?!" yells my dad. Renu held me close because he could see how scared I was. I pushed him off and shut him in the wardrobe. My father comes storming through my door and smacked me to the wall. "you ungrateful little scum! Why don't you ever do anything to keep this place running?!" he shouts hitting me, my mother then came in. "you don't deserve to be here ungrateful little child!" she yelled. I start to cry bleeding from the buckle of the belt. Renu saw all this happening. He jumped out the wardrobe and held me close glaring at my parents "If that's the way you are going to treat your daughter...I will take her away!" he said in a threatening voice "you don't deserve her!" he then picked me up and held me in his arms "what the hell and who the hell are you!?" shouts my father storming like a bull with smoke coming from his ears towards us. "I am Renu!" he said standing up "and I am going to take care of your daughter from today!" My parents stand there shouting at him and attempting to grab us both. Renu did not take chances. "Gloria" He stated and suddenly my parents fell to the floor unable to move. He grabbed his jacket from the peg and jumped out the window with me in his arms.

After a while of walking we eventually came to his apartment. I was asleep by the time he got there. Renu had placed me down on his bed and covered me up. He then goes to the kitchen and makes tea. "where...am I?" I moan waking up and holding my head, I get up and collapse. Renu comes in just then and catches me "woah young lady..." he says in a gentle tone as I blush "what am I doing here? What happened?" I say in a rushed tone. "calm down" he says lifting my chin to look at him, I blush again but push him away. He just smiled..."welcome to your new home"
