You're Noteworthy

CHAPTER TEN

Olivias POV

A week without her and a week without speaking. It's my own fault, I totally ignored her...I shouldn't have. It's just so hard, it's Monday and she should be back from her suspension. Aaron however won't be back at all, apparently his parents have decided to take him out of school permanently. I won't have English with her until the last hour which is pretty brutal. Mr Stevens, Dave, keeps trying to talk to me and make dates but I don't really feel a connection. He's a nice guy, attractive, funny and sweet but it's just not there.

I hear a knock on the door then it opens to see it's Kelly. "What's up Kels?"

She takes a seat and looks at me glaring, "You need to stop being such an asshole and talk to the poor girl"

"You don't under-"

She interrupts,"Yes I do. The way your acting, it seems like you haven't got feelings. Seems like you just used her for sex"

"Don't say that! That's not true!" I say with anger.

She shrugs, "I'm just saying, comes across like that"

The bell rings and she gets up saying bye. I mumble one back and the class comes in. Start the lesson, trying to focus on it at hand. And not a certain dark haired girl.

It's lunch and I'm honestly hungry as fuck, I forgot to make myself lunch. I was about to get up when I hear a knock on the door, I nearly groan but just tell them to 'come in'. "You could look a little happier" I look up at her bored face. I instantly smell food. "I got you lunch, Kelly texted me earlier saying your hungry" She passes me a bag.

Before I could talk she walked back out, I look inside to see it's wings and fries with a smoothie. I take a sip of the smoothie and I love it immediately, as I start eating I feel bad for all the ignoring. I finish up and put the rubbish away. As I do so I hear my door open and close to feel hands on my waist. They are rough and unfamiliar, I push the person away and turned around to see it's Dave. "Woah chill" He laughs it off. I give him a glare, "Why doesn't a pretty lady like you smile?"

"What's wrong Dave?"

His smile falters slightly but quickly goes back up, "I wanted to ask you if you want to go on a date soon" He says with a charming smile, there's only one smile that could win me over.

And it's not his.

This could be a good idea, try it out with someone else. As much as I think I have feelings for Izzy, it's too risky of a relationship. She's only a kid, as mature as she may be. I sigh and look at him, mustering up a smile. "Sure, text me so we could make plans" His eyes go wide and he plants a kiss on my lips. Before I could react, I saw Emma at the door clearing her throat.

"I'll speak to you later" Dave says and walks away with a smile. Emma walks in with a tall dark skin boy, you'd think they were a couple but then I saw another girl with them who was holding his hand. It's a cute couple. I'm pretty sure the second girl being Ally Mills. "What's up guys?"

Emma's jaw looks clenched and was about to say something but the boy put his hand over her mouth. "We wanted to ask if you've seen Izzy anywhere?" He asks with slight concern.

"No I haven't why?"

"She seemed frustrated about something and disappeared. She wasn't in her Chem class too"

"I'll text her" The bell ring and they all sighed, "I guess you guys should head off" Two of them nod as Emma just glares. Jacob! I remember Izzy mention him, Jacob pulls Emma away and they close my door. I look at my planner seeing one more class then I have Izzy's. I whip my phone out and sent a text to her; Where are you right now?
