Kirishima's POV:
Bakugou left with the TV on and I'm cuffed and unable to move. I have been struggling with the cuffs for about ten minutes but they don't seem normal. I tried to use my quirk to somehow break or mess with the cuffs but my quirk wouldn't activate. I wonder if this is the craftsmanship of that girl who took chokers way to literally? I eventually just gave up.

As I was just watching the TV and cussing out Bakugou mentally, I heard a loud crash. My gut was telling me to run for my life but these stupid cuffs were holding me down. I was struggling yet again with the cuffs but this time I started drawing blood. I heard heavy footsteps getting closer and closer. Doors are being busted down, which is extra terrifying because all the doors are metal.

I was trying to free my hands when I heard voices right outside the door. I knew that if they didn't find what they were looking for yet, this door was going to be next. I braced myself for anything right before the door flew off it's hinges.

That bitch who makes these little trinkets for the squad came through the entrance completely unfazed and with determination. Two other people came through the door right behind her.

She fixed her sky blue hair before announcing "Objective complete." The guy on her left came over to me and disintegrated the beam the cuffs were linked to.

"Thanks bro. I told you two that King would do something like this and leave little Kirishima all alone and no defense at all." She said with a pouty face. Who are these guys? The last person who has blonde hair grabbed me and put me on their shoulder. They all look familiar but they don't ring a bell.

"Come on sis, stop gloating. We need to bring this poor sap to Pops." The guy who disintegrated the beam said. These guys look young, like really young. They all appear 16. I just thought that maybe Martha looked really young for her age. Perhaps it's that she is actually 16.

Meanwhile...

Bakugou's POV:

We have arrived at where we believe that the asshole who hurt Kirishima's family has been hiding out. There have been several fires around and reported sightings around the area. This seems too easy.

"King, what is the plan?" Denki asked me while we were still in the car. Why we didn't come up with a plan before or while we were driving is beyond me. Hmm.

"Alien Queen, you are on the roof, try slowly melting your way into the building." I commanded. She nodded.

"Cellophane, you have the back door. Make sure the security back there is tight." I barked out Sero's command and was replied with "Yes sir."

"Chargebolt, you deal with the power." He gave a thumbs up. We all got out of the car and while they were dealing with their respective spots, I scouted the outside of the building. This is odd. Why is there no security for this guy? Again, this is too easy. Either this dude is cocky or this is a trap.

"King, I have finished setting up my sticky web." Sero announced in the earpiece. "Can you please not call it that." Mina and I said in unison.

"Alien Queen, begin." I said before blowing up the entrance. "You know that you don't have to announce your presence!" Mina said sounding off balance. Oops, hehehe.

"Where's the fun in that?" I asked feeling cocky. I walked around the building and destroying any traps I find along the way. Eventually I covered all there was up stairs, so I headed to the basement. If this was a horror movie, I would be shouting to keep me from going to the basement. But this is reality, I'm a badass, and this is something necessary. This staircase is way longer than I thought but I eventually got down.

The basement is completely dark, luckily my suit has a little glow in the dark feature. What can I say, it's flashy and useful in dark places. I started roaming this abnormally large basement when I smelled fire. It was warm and it felt cozy. I must be getting close. By now Mina must have melted the ceiling. It's only a matter of time before she gets down here.

I followed my nose until I came across a door with light trickling out from the bottom. Out of sheer stupidity, I kicked open the door with no regard for anything that may be on the other side. I was holding a gun because why not look intimidating? Besides, whoever is there might underestimate me for having a gun and not showing signs of a quirk.

What I saw was the ex hero sitting on a big chair as if he was king. Why is he so smug? I quickly called the squad for backup.

"Well well well. Looks like he was right. You can always count on a hot head in love doing something stupid." He said in a cocky way. What is he talking about? Who could I possibly be in love with? Me! Kirishima is hot and fun to flirt with, but love? Why am I thinking about this? I shook off my thoughts and started getting my quirk draining cuffs.

He got off of the chair with a loud thud. He had resolve in his eyes and before I knew it he made a ring of fire around him. He then was trying to burn his way out from the ceiling. What a coward to run instead of fighting. After he burned his way through and tried to escape I propelled myself towards him. I reached out, put my hand on his chest and used my quirk to launch him through the wall. Luckily for me, not only was he knocked out but he also got stuck in Sero's trap.

I cuffed him, tied him up, and put him in the car and we drove off. I'm ready to see Kirishima's face when we get back with this clown. But something he said earlier is making me nervous for some reason. I told Denki to go as fast as he can.

"If you want to tell me how to drive then do it yourself. For once I can sit in the passenger seat instead of driving." Yeah he is salty about always being the driver. I'm too important to drive and Denki is surprisingly good. And when we have to get away fast he is the best person.

"Just do it, something feels wrong." He can tell I was seriously worried and decided to drive as if he was in nascar. I use to think that if he had a normal job and didn't want to be a hero or villain that he would be an electrician. No, he would be a professional racer.

In record time we got back to the base, and in one piece this time. Scratch that, Mina threw up. Three times.

I noticed the door was unlocked and showed signs of forced entry. I ran inside, ignoring the mess and the broken doors. I went straight to my room praying nothing happened. Please be okay. I saw the door was off. I went inside cautiously to see signs of a struggle. My bed is broken, my door is no more, and I see scratches. As I was examining, hoping to find a clue on what happened here, I saw dark, dry, crimson drops on my bed and leaving the room.

I didn't know what to do. I just felt numb, empty, like I lost my purpose. Why am I acting like this? I stormed out of my room and to the torture room.i was gonna get answers one way or the other.

"Who took the redhead and why?!" I yelled my question while holding my most dull blade to his fingers.

"I don't know why, he said it was for some bigger picture. And he has a message for you."

There was a long pause and once I heard the message I felt my soul shatter and my body quaked with fear.

"The LOV is back."
