The Leader of the Crystal Gems and Nora's enigmatic Aunt, Garnet always keeps an open eye to make sure her niece stays out of trouble. Garnet was one of the most influential people in Nora's life. She saw in her vision that Nora would need extra help and advised her parents to seek it out. Though there were millions of paths for her niece, but she assured her parents that the girl would be happy, healthy, and loved in all of them.
When Nora was nonverbal, Garnet saw a strong possible future where she could speak, and urged Steven and Connie to get her speech therapy. Her future vision proved true.
Nora was extremely shy around Garnet, and often avoided her as a small child. Now that she's older, the bond is strengthening , and Nora's beginning to trust Garnet a lot more. Especially since their mission together on the Husk Planet.
