I wanted to do a close up of Nora in the same pose Steven does. At first it was going to be a simple black and white sketch but my brain just rolled along with 'hey you gotta finish it now and add color."
I wanted to show how Nora takes after her parents. She has traits from both Steven and Connie, yet she also inherited Rose's ringlets, not as big as her grandmother's but still noticeable, especially to those who to who knew Rose Quartz personally, ( oh Greg and Pearl....) They usually come out when Nora's hair is wet.
