My eyes were now open, outside looked gloomy and not bright... that could explain why I slept in quite late actually. It was already almost the afternoon. I looked over and phone and saw I had many miss calls from Nick, also messages that just said to call him ASAP.

Of course I hopped out of my bed and called Nick back.

Not even one second of the phone ringing, Nick answered.

"George..."

"Yes?"

"Something happened last night..." Nick said with a serious voice.

"Do tell...what's it about."

"Clay..." Nick said.

My heart stopped for a bit. Was he okay? Was he hurt, did something happen? We were on call most of all night since we weren't on call when I woke up.

"Did something happen to him?"

"Well.. more like mentally I suppose.. get on Minecraft with me and I'll explain while we play. I would invite Dream but I don't think he would be up for it."

We ended the call and we both hopped right onto Minecraft and into a private call.

"Okay so tell me?" I say.

"You remember when I told you all about the whole... Angel flirting with me to get back at Dream?"

"Of course.." I respond thinking about Dream talking about me.

"I don't think it's for revenge anymore." Nick responded, "I showed him the other stuff and proof about what I told you and then I showed him the new stuff.."

"New stuff?"

"Here I'll send the messages."

My phone went off with a dig and Nick had sent me the photo of messages Angel had sent him on private chat. The date read yesterday.

I click my phone off and sighed.

"Can't believe it..."

"I know, and I don't even talk to her! And when I do I'm myself, I ain't no simp."

"I believe you. So I'm guessing you showed him that too." I responded.

"Well yeah, how could I not.. that drew the line. She actually sent me more.. they were pictures and I will not be showing those but I told Dream that she did. I couldn't show him that... so I deleted them and I blocked her."

"I have no words..." I say, I was overall pissed. Pissed that someone would break my bestfriends heart.

"George?"

"Yes?"

"I think you are the only one who can really cheer him up. I may be in the same house as him but you really have a way with him..." Nick whispers into his mic.

"You really think that..." I respond while my heart flutters a bit.

"Of course.. you two are like peas in a pot, peanut butter and jelly!" Nick laughs, "Go cheer up our bestfriend."

As Nick spoke his last words, he exited the call and the game and it was just me in the server and me alone in the call. So of course, I took advantage of that and pressed invite on dreams icon.

I was hoping he was around his computer and maybe would get on... for me.

It had been 10 minutes and nothing yet happened. I sent several invites... messages... and nothing worked. Time to move on to messages.

I grabbed my phone and clicked on dreams name

I didn't know what to text him... I was nervous. Maybe he didn't wanna talk to me or maybe he did?

I typed a simple 'hello!' And pressed send.

It stayed on delivered for a bit until it was finally on read.
No text back.
Instead of a text.. my notifications for Snapchat went off

I of course opened it.. and it made my heart break yet it made me smile.

'I guess talking about a pretty boy wasn't the right thing to do...'

He called me a pretty boy...

I sent a picture back of my computer and captioned it:

'It wasn't your fault Clay... you are such a wonderful person and so handsome, she was just the messed up one and wanted more than one person.'

When I pressed sent it made me feel happy, but then I read the part where I called him handsome, maybe he won't think much about that...

But... I can call him that now? Right? He wouldn't find it weird...

I replayed his snap and read the words over and over. He called me handsome. And that made me feel...

I started to pounder my thoughts..

He belongs to nobody else...
