"Too many loopholes. Can't they do their job properly?" Joy hissed throwing the pile of paper to her secretary who just presented her a new report from their employees, as the secretary hurriedly picked up the papers from the floor

She leaned back to her chair massaging her temple with her fingers "present it back to me if they've managed to make it perfect" she sternly muttered motioning her secretary to leave as the worker bowed to her before leaving

She then turned to her computer scrolling through her emails as she replied to all of it with simple replies. Joy was known to be a terror CEO. A perfectionist. You have to follow what she wants, everyone from the building are afraid of her except for that one person who she cherished as her bestfriend Cha Eunwoo-- the chief financial officer, they practically grew up together with their family often meeting each other for business

Eunwoo swiftly entered her office as he saw her facing the computer with a frown on her face "Working hard?" he asked leaving the iced coffee on her table as he took a seat on the coach provided on her wide office

Joy muttered a thank you taking a sip from the iced coffee "I need to work hard" she replied turning back to the computer "what brings you here?"

"What? can't I visit you?" He goofily asked "Take a break, you look depleted Soo" he added suddenly worrying seeing the dark circles under her round eyes

"Yes. after this" she replied as if ending the conversation

Eunwoo sighed shaking his head "Seriously soo, let go of the mouse and give yourself atleast a 5 minutes break"

She turn to look at him, Eunwoo was wearing a dark blue tuxedo with his hair styled up showing his forehead-- he was extremely good looking "Aren't you busy?" she asked raising her left brow

"I did all my work last night"

"Well I am busy, I was caught up with something last night I wasn't able to work for all nighter"

"I know. just give yourself a break Soo then I'll shut up" He was worried, he knew how Joy works so hard knowing how perfectionist she is, she wouldn't go for something simple and need everything to be something extraordinary

She heaved a sigh letting go of the mouse from her hand as she stood up and sat beside Eunwoo resting her back on the coach closing her eyes, he then smiled at that since she looks so adorable "I'm so tired" she said opening her eyes turning to look at him

"of course you would be tired. You went to the club last night?"

She grinned nodding her head, remembering how Sungjae gave her a kiss on the forehead before dropping her off on her penthouse.

"Why are you grinning like a maniac?" He asked pointing on her face

"I went to the club together with Seulgi and Irene, you don't have to get worried"

"You should've told me, you know how dangerous it is for a girl like you to go to clubs" he sincerely said looking straight to her eyes

She gulped, guilt creeping up into her remembering how this man never knew about her going wild in clubs and even spending a night with some strangers. Eunwoo knew her as an innocent girl, they grew up together and he knows how Sooyoung is very soft and fragile, he even beat up atleast three guys on their junior year because they tried hitting on her. But little did he know, she was doing something more worst behind his back.

Joy was just afraid, she's afraid to show Eunwoo on how she grew up into that kind of girl. "I'm fine Eunwoo, don't worry. I'll let you come the next time I go to club" she assured him smiling
