God, she looks beautiful. The candlelight caressed here tan skin, the burgundy dress looked like it was made especially for her and only here. We were sitting at the small, but intimate dining table on the yacht, watching the sunset. The waiter I hired walked in with our desert. Cookie dough ice cream, because she told me the other night that was her favorite. "Your desert, sir." The kind waiter placed the bowl in the middle of our table and handed us a spoon. "Thank you so much." April smiled at him. Her smile is so precious. I could look at her forever. She scooped the ice cream on her spoon and tasted it. "Cookie dough!" She exclaimed. I laughed. She's so cute. "Yeah, the other night you said it was your favorite." I answered. "Aaww, you remembered!" April looked at me with puppy eyes. I love her. No, Tom, that's not even possible. We only went out on two dates. And she told me she swore off boys for now. Although she agreed on going on a date with me. "April?" I touched her hand. "Hmm?" She mumbled, her mouth full of ice cream. "You told me that you didn't want to date any guys at this moment. Then why did you agree on going on a date with me?" I asked, hoping on the positive answer. She frowned her eyebrows but then her face relaxed. "Because it's you. And I feel different about you than I have ever felt about any other guy." She smiled at me. My whole body melted. That was the sweetest thing someone's ever said to me. I grabbed her hand and hold it tight. It felt right. As if it was always supposed to be us.

Butterflies exploded in my stomach. Tom squeezed my hand tight, as a sign that he really liked my response to his question. It's true, I've never felt like this about a guy in my entire life. It feels right. He's just perfect. "Miss, do you want to follow me back to my car?" Tom asked and he got up from his chair and handed me his hand. "Why, thank you." I giggled and I grabbed his hand as he guided me to his car. "Where are we going? It's only 8.30 P.M." I asked him as he opened the door for me. He walked to his side of the car and got in. He looked me deep in the eyes. "We are going for a ride, darling." He said softly, placing his hand on my upper leg. I blushed. "Where to?" I looked him back in the eyes. "Nowhere, just driving. If you want to." He smiled. "Of course I want to." I placed my hand on his. He started the car and we drove off to, well, nothing.
We've been driving for one hour on the highway. Music blasted through the car. My hair fluttered in the wind as the windows were completely down. Tom had his hand on my leg and we both sang along to Umbrella, by Rihanna. At this moment, life was perfect. Tom turned down the volume. I gasped dramatically. "Tom! I was having a moment here!" I reached my hand to turn up the volume but he stopped me. "Wait a second. I wanted to ask you something but I can't do that if you can't here my voice over the music." He laughed. "Oh. Well, what do you want to ask me?" I chuckled. "If you wanted to come to my apartment." He replied, stroking my hand with his thumb. "Isn't that a little awkward with Haz there? He will tease us with going on a date and everything." I shrugged my shoulders. "Well, good thing Haz isn't home." He smirked. I blushed. "Okay then, let's go." I smiled.
