Ashley POV

I can't believe I was kissing him. I had to pull back it just felt weird I like it but could go on with it. But the good news was that we made it to the place and I told him that we should split up because we can cover more ground faster that way.He nodded and he took the first floor I took the second.when I was walking up the flight of stair I got my sword out and saw 2 walker I took them out with ease. though we're going though my head Alex was my first kiss and I ruin the moment by pulling way

I walk back down stair and I meet Alex soft but stern look. I had to talk to him but not know. I walk over to him and showed him the stuff I found up stairs . He nodded and we headed out the door.

Thoughts were in my head not of Alex but because of My brother I hope he was ok with the others.

We still were not taking to each other but at of no where he broke the sighlence and ask why I pull away.

I just froze did we really had to talk about this now. But knowing Alex he wasn't going to let it go.

I took a deep breath and told him that I was afraid of being hurt again after view my parents deaf i was done being heartbroken and the things that happen before zombie where every where not helping either. The heart can only take so much. I look him straight in the eye , at of no where he pull me closer to him and hug me

I'm so sorry I heard him say I will never ever hurt you.
