Ayu was unconsious..  his breathing issues was the main reason to worry...

harsh was trying his best to lift up his oxygen levels...

There are his special team of doctors... as kabir is an orthopedic surgeon he cant help much here and kunj's health condition is not that great.. and Harsh is one of the top doctors..  he has a special team of doctors
