While after few hours twinkl come back to her cabin that wss a really hectic day for her
Twinkl sat her head was aching... so thought to have some medicine
but noticed a Cup of coffee was there covered it was hot may be someone kept it few minutes ago
twinkl confused - coffee?? par mujhe abhi coffee chahiye kise pta h .
twinkl took it n saw a chit attached
*Thanks for always being there and have this coffee u really need it i know and dont worry sugar free h just the way u like it.. and i know u dont like sweets much still sugar free feshly baked muffins h.. i will be glad if u have it Miss heartless cardiologist*
Twinkle looked at the muffins and was bit suprised and emotional too once there was a time when muffins has to be her favourites... now with time she has changed her habits her hobbies and her likings too...
