She looked like a raven flying in the night with only the moon to serve as the light.

She flew above the clouds so fast that people would not see her, she circled above a village and saw a young lady alone carrying something, but Rose didn't pay attention to such a thing. Instead she drove right into the hunt as she literally picked up her prey by the neck as she bit into her, flew into the sky while drinking up the poor woman dry and once done, she flew into a distant forest nearby and let the body fall into it.

Rose flew around enjoying the full moon night scenery, but later got back to her bedroom's balcony as she changed back into her sleeping gown and laid down, not that she needs to sleep but for acting purposes in case someone got in and found her not present.

But she has to say, that snack tasted better but not quite like her little sister's smell. She pushed such thoughts, although as cold as she could be, never would bring to forgive herself to kill a child. It would be an everlasting guilt.

The next months she spent on testing her ability creation which showed that it needed plenty of energy to create powerful abilities but created few little things such as manipulation of fire which showed to be weaker than she imagined, so she deduced that she needs more energy to upgrade each ability she created.

But as she used up her energy reservoir, she felt intense hunger for blood. That put her to drive to the border to consume energy blindly as she almost lost her control, then she left each night to feed to sustain and grow her energy reservoir.

She also made a discovery, which showed the more youthful creature's blood she consumed. The more energy it provided her, but this currently mainly applied to humans who are the only species she came in contact with.

She did not forget to try to change a human, which came surprisingly better. The human in question was an elderly, who gained her youthful appearance once she transformed into a vampire.

She showed loyalty to Rose as if she saw her as a savoir and god.

As new vampires were made, they also stayed in the shadows as per orders from their mistress. They were not allowed to reveal their existence and should keep themselves secret.

People who turned went unnoticed, no one asked anything and no one missed them. But there was a rumour lately floating around the masses that some people saw a large bird flying through the nightly skies, but no one proved this. So it just went and continued as a rumour.

Rose trained and swordsmanship and was taught many things, it was at this time she created an ability, one that compels someone to do something. But currently it only works against those with little to nothing will power, but it came in handy either way.

At the age of 22, by then Snow White is 8 years old. Their mother Queen Eleanor passed away at Snow white's birthday which was saddening for everyone. Rose felt a tug of sympathy but after a few hours she came back to her cold composure and went that night to satiate her appetite.

She unknowingly forgot what came after the queen's death.

Shortly after the Queen's death, King Magnus couldn't bear the death of his beloved wife and wrote a suicide note then hanged himself in his bedroom.

Rose was then crowned Queen in the later days, the ceremony was big and people bent the knee to their new Queen. At the ball many nobles came after her asking for a dance but got turned down instead.

Weeks passed and an army of faceless soldiers was reported to the Queen who then led an army with her dressed in her armor, it was something she had specially designed for herself to fit the vampire queen she is. Not that any one knew.

Ravenna is found by no lust-palsied prince, no jeering throng of footsoldiers. Instead, after the battle, there is only a girl in an armor donned with gold in the edges and a red cape trailing behind her, the left hand holding onto her helmet. a girl whose hair is as dark as night and fair as the moonlight; a girl who bounds into her gloaming berth, and kneels to her in breathless gallantry.

"I know how to free you," she says looking at her with red eyes that would terrify anyone who stared long enough, without any gasping she lifts her black sword to strike the chains that bind Ravenna below the muted velvets of her gown.

At the sure touch of black steel, black iron shatters into glass, and Ravenna shivers in sympathy as her manacles are dashed into a thousand shards. When she dreamed this battle into being, she cut her knights from sleekest obsidian. For their banners, she bid them carry silks of boldest red. She thinks she sees something of her dream linger about her unlikely liberator‒but none of her dreams have ever been so bright as this girl, none of them so aching to behold.

Her saviour has a hair tied back with a ribbon and was braided on the sides; her mouth holds all the bloody promise of a songbird's heart‒and yet that is no comfort. In her flesh, there is the glow of a sublime deliverance, of a radiance that Ravenna cannot bear to see reflected anywhere beyond the golden circle of her mirror.

She is nearly blinded by the sight, even in the shadows of her carriage. For a long moment, she stares into the familiar darkness of the fallen glass, until the girl removes her right hand's glove and reaches out to take her hands between her own; her touch is careful, chaste but cold as ice.

"Will you ride with me?" she asks, in solemn entreaty. "I'll defend you as one of my own blood, I swear."

Looking down once more into the dauntless face of beauty, meeting the pair of red eyes. Ravenna feels a crackling chill about her heart, as though it were a thing which could break.

Still, there is only one thing to be done.

She will ride with damsel-errant; and she will find a way to swallow down this cold light, just as she will swallow down this kingdom.

And Rose couldn't help but think she lost a fragment of her memory, Weird.
