Cedric woke up with a very hard headache. He didn't sit up or stood up from the bed.
"Cedric" he heard. He shook his head with a meaning of 'no'. He didn't want to open his eyes, he just wanted it shut close.
"Cedric"he recognized the voice it was his closest friend, Thomas.
Cedric heard lots of murmuring in his surroundings, footsteps from a few distance, and a machine making a 'beep' sound.
"Cedric you're awake"his friend said it was Christine and Thomas.
Cedric heard the machine made a beeping sound more faster. He opened his eyes to see his friends all around the bed.
he saw their bags and things in the green chair at the other side of the room and a really harsh light came to his sight.
wait? Waiting chairs? Beeping sound? Harsh light? White bed? Where were they?
"where are we?"asked Cedric as he sit up from the bed "we're in sunrise hospital"said by Christine.
"what happened?"Cedric asked as he rubbed his head that has bandages in it.
"well..."Christine said as she didn't continued and by just saying that word all the past had went back to Cedric's mind. He remembered that him, Thomas, Christine, and Robbi were hanging out with each other. Until Gabriel came to kidnap Robbi and putting her in a truck and he knocked out all the other friends especially Cedric who had been thrown by a really hard thing.
"i remember don't even talk about it"Cedric said. He really liked Robbi but he didn't even get the chance to say it to her at that time. Then a man with a police uniform of the color black and blue with everything on it's belt--gun,handcuff,and a walkie-talkie that clang noises when he walked, and a woman with a doctor dress on with a clipboard and a pencil on her hand.
"hello, it i am Dr.Delos Reyes and this is officer Reynold"the dr said as she introduce the cops to them.
the cop walked towards them and the doctor stepped back a little. Then the cop asked.
"we wanted to asked you Cedric, since you were the last one who to black out that day where do you think this guy drove"officer Reynold asked
"i think it was.....south"Cedric answered the officer nodded and took out his walkie-talkie and said "south" from whoever is in the other line.
and then there was a 'ding' in Dr.Delos Reyes's phone, she scooped it out and checked it out then she turned to the others"Cedric and others of you, please follow me"she said as she walked out the door.
the friends just followed her not knowing where were they going "where are we going"asked by Christine.
"we had take a DNA strand of hair of Gabriel in Cedric's clothes and the scientist came to check it out"answered by the doctor. They went into a room with scientist in it. There was lots of technology stuff in there that they do not understand.
"this is the strand of Gabriel's hair,and the other one is a strand of hair from Cedric"the doctor said as she pointed to the computer showing the two strand of hair in it
they just stared at it and waited for the answer in the computer until a word form out of the computer the 3 friend's mouth had dropped to the floor.
Cedric really couldn't believe this was true...the words in the computer just blown their minds.
