After All
Angela’s POV
Lumapit ako sa kanya ng dahan dahan. I saw his face again.
“Where are you going?” Nakabukas yung pinto ng kotse niya and I knew that he was drunk. And I held his face. “Look at you. What are you doing to yourself. You’re not like that.” I saw the necklace I give to him.
“Let’s go!!” I saw man following us.
“It’s time to forget me Nathan.” Kinuha ko yung necklace at sumakay na sa sasakyan. Nang makalayo na kami, “Bababa ako.”
“No, lets go back.”
“I said bababa ako!!!” Tinigil niya yun and bumaba na ako. I saw a park, I head towards it. When I cant hold back anymore. I cry.
“You should stop crying. You’re acting like a crying baby.”
“So what?!! Go away. Pagod na ko.”
“So gusto mo ng tumigil. You can’t because when you get in theres no way out.”
“I know! And I know that I can’t go back anymore to him!!!” I was startled when he pulled his gun at itutok sa akin yun. Pero nakabawi ako
“Do it. Please.” Pumikit na ko. Minutes passed but he never did anything, when I was about to open my eyes he suddenly hugged me.
“Bitiwan mo ko.” I was pushing him, pero masyado siyang malakas. “Alis sabi eh.”
“Cry as long as you want.” He brushes my hair. Then I can’t help to cry. He hugged me tight.

Paglabas ko ng kwarto, I saw him standing in front of my door.
“Ace. Why?”
“Are you alright?” I smiled at him sadly.
“I think so.” Then I passed to him.
“You should forget about him, you two are in different world now. And I’m here.”
“Huh?” Humarap ako sa kanya. He stared at me then kissed me. After all this time, I saw him smile at me.
“We should go out sometimes.” Tapos nun bumaba na siya. Did he just kissed me?
After 7 years.
Flight 106 from New York. Please proceed to gate 3.
“Hello? Ben is everything alright?”
“Yes. Mauna na ko. Baka nakakaabala na ko eh” Ben is our new trainee. He’s been with us for 1 year. Tinutulungan niya ko for the preparation.
Ace laugh beside me. “Mauna ka na ha?”
“Where are you going?”
“To a mission?”
“What mission?”
“A seductress assassin. See you around Ace.” But he grabbed me and kissed me.
“See you.” I smiled at him. We’ve been together for 3 years. He made me fall in love with him for almost 4 years of courting me. And Nathan? I keep him in my heart until now.

“Are you done?”
“Yes.” Nasa hotel kami ni Ace. “I’m going to bath first.” Paglabas ko may mga pagkain na sa mesa. “You knew that I’m hungry ha?”
