The Necklace
Nathan’s POV
Tumawag sa akin yung nanay ni Yvette, Kahit papaano naiiba ang ugali niya sa anak at asawa niya. She was crying na wala na daw ang asawa niya, and Yvette was rape.
“Kamusta na po?”
“Sabi nila ilalagay daw ang anak ko sa mental!!!” sabi niya na umiiyak. Nakita kong nakatulala lang si Yvette. Pinuntahan ko siya.
“Yvette. It’s me Nathan.”
Tinignan niya ko. “Who did this to you?” Then she started to cry.
“She did this.” Then she laugh
“She’s back. Angela. Angela..” Then she cried again. Kunga ganun tama ang hinala ko. “Gumaganti na siya. Gumanti siya sa akin.”
“Bakit?” Tawa siya ng tawa
“Because I set her up. Pinalabas ko na narape siya pero hindi naman. Buti na lang iniwan ka niya!!! Hahahaha” Parang tumigil ang mundo ko. I want to be angry with her, pero alam kong nakuha na niya ang para sa kanya. Umalis na lang ako para pigilan ang sarili ko.
“I will make sure na babalik ka sa akin Angela.”

“I heard about it.”
“What?”
“Na nakaganti ka na.”
“Not yet.”
“I know.”
“Do you know Dave and Brian from a group called XX?” Nakita kong nagulat siya. “Kilala mo nga sila.”
“How did yu know them?”
“They we’re my parent’s killer.” Hinawakan niya yung kamay ko.
“ I know them, they are the reason why Allaric’s wife and daughter was killed.”
“He have a family? Why didn’t you say it to me?”
“Because he treat you as his daughter.”
“That’s it?”
“Yes. And now that we know the true killer. I’ll help you.”
“I know that.” Bigla na lang pumasok si Allaric sa kwarto.
“Allaric., why are you here?”
“I heard everything from Ben. You need to be careful they we’re cunning. I’ve tried to kill them but I can’t see them.”
“They’re here.”

Nakaupo kami nila Allaric at Ace sa veranda. We are planning on how to get them. We heard that Brian was going to a mission this night.
“You didn’t tell me that you have a family.”
“Family? I miss that word. You know happiness and family are words that an assassin cannot have.”
Nagkatinginan kami ni Ace. After ng paguusap, umalis na din kami ni Ace. Nandito kami sa underground parking in a hotel. He was going to kill a family.
“Maghiwalay na muna tayo Ace.”
“It’s dangerous.”
“But.. Ok.” We are attentively walking when we heard someone scream at the same time a two gun shot. We saw him, a guy with a mask. I can’t hold back kaya binaril ko siya. Nakita niya kami, at dahil nabaril ko siya sa shoulder niya nabitawan niya ang baril kaya naman tumakbo siya at nagtago. We are running after him nang-
