Backstory: She was born a few years before her sister to Lucile and Robert. Her parents paid her attention until her sister was born, but then they made it clear they loved her more. After moving to Virginia when she was only 12, she missed her home and friends in New York from the first day away. She started to try and gain her parents attention by starting fights and shoplifting, but they didn't care. Carter almost ran away, but her sister stopped her. When she was 17, one of her newer friends got her involved in a local jewellery store heist and she earned enough money from that to move back to New York with her sister. She started a small criminal group there and has a few friends she works with.
