My New World- A Violetta Story

Chapter Three: New Girl

"Hello class!" Angie said smiling.
Violetta looked at her. "Angie?" She asked, "What are you doing here?"
"I teach here." Angie said.
"Oh." Violetta said.
"Anyway, class this is Violetta the new student!" Angie said, smiling, "I hope you'll give her a very warm welcome! Let's introduce ourselves, shall we? Cami you can go first!"
"Hi," said Camilla, "My name is Camilla, but my friends call me Cami. I like singing!"
"Hi I'm Francesca!" Francesca said, "I like singing and my family owns the Restaurant so we hang out there a lot!"
"Hi I'm Maxi!" Maxi said.
"Hi I'm Nati!" Nati said, smiling, "I like singing!"
"Hi, I'm Andres!" Andres said, "Nati's my girlfriend!" He said, smiling at Nati.
"I'm Leon." Leon said, looking at Violetta. He thought she looked beautiful. "I like singing and playing the piano. You look beautiful!"
Ludmilla nearly choked when he said that. She loved him, and he didn't like her at all, but now he was going after the new girl.
"Ludmilla, your turn!" Angie said, smiling at her.
"Oh, um, I'm Ludmilla and I like singing and dancing because I'm a star at both!" She giggled arrogantly, even though she didn't feel like she was the best, she felt like she was the worst, something no-one wanted, aside from Nati.
After Ludmilla went, Angie began to talk about actual singling and then class was over.
"Hi Violetta!" Francesca said, walking up to her, "are you excited to be here?"
"Super excited!" Violetta smiled.
"How did you feel about the entrance tests?" Camilla asked.
"What entrance tests?" Violetta asked, confused.
"The ones you need to take to get in." Maxi supplied.
"I didn't have to take anything to get in." Violetta said, "I've barely sung before."
"What?!" Camilla said, "Thats not fair! Everyone who's here has had to take those tests to get in and what? You can just waltz in because you're rich?!"
"I promise I didn't know there was supposed to be a test. My dad just tried to get me in and they let him. That's not fair, Cami. You're right. But there's nothing I can do about it." Violetta said.
"Well, I'm sorry, Violetta but don't call me Cami. Only my friends call me that and sorry, but your not my friend. I can't be friends with someone who just gets whatever she wants because she's rich." Camilla said, upset.
"Maxi, go talk to her!" Francesca said to Maxi, but he was too distracted to notice. He was staring at Nati who was with her boyfriend, Andres.
"I wish they'd just break up." Maxi said.
"What?" Francesca asked, "who?"
Maxi then realized he'd just said that to Francesca, who didn't know he liked Nati, and he didn't want her to. If she knew she just make fun of him because Nati had a boyfriend and she was friends with Ludmilla. Nati would never notice Maxi.
"I was just, thinking about a Television show I was watching. Um, Live life lovingly Lincoln Lollis. He should just break up with Lola already!" Maxi said, covering.
"Right..." Francesca said, confusedly, "anyway, just go talk to Cami okay? She's really upset!"
"Okay." Maxi said and he ran off to talk to Cami.
"Cami's just upset." Francesca said, "she'll calm down, it's just, she always feels she has to fight for what's right."
"Yeah I get it." Violetta said.
"Hey, mind if I talk to Violetta for a second?" Leon asked Francesca.
"What do you want Leon?" Francesca asked angrily.
"I just wanted to talk to Violetta for a minute, say hi."
"I'm right here guys!" Violetta interrupted, "and Leon, I'm in the middle of a conversation, let's talk later, okay?" She asked.
"Um sure" he said walking away.
"Anyway, I'll talk to Cami for you okay?" Francesca said.
"Okay." Violetta said smiling as Francesca walked away.
