Violetta was walking out of The Studio, when a boy she hadn't seen before walked straight into her, causing her to drop her books.
She reached down to pick them up. Then she looked at him. He had dark brown hair with tan skin and brown eyes. He had been holding papers which he had dropped when he ran into her.
"Thanks for the help picking up the papers!" He said sarcastically, reaching to pick them up.
"Thanks for the help picking up my books." She glared.
"I'm Federico what's your name?" He asked with fake enthusiasm.
She tried to walk away without answering, but he blocked her. He gave her look that she knew meant he wasn't going to let her pass until she told him her name.
"Violetta." She said, and with that she walked away and he let her.
~later that day~
"Hi, dad, I'm home!" Violetta shouted happily as she walked into her house. It had been a good day, aside from the run in with that boy.
"Violetta, honey, come in here, I would like to introduce you to someone." German shouted back at her.
When Violetta walked into the dining room with her father, she saw the boy from The Studio, sitting fat the table next to her father.
"Vilu, sweetie, I'd like you to meet Federico. Federico this is my daughter, Violetta." German said, introducing them.
Violetta glared at Federico. Why was he in her house? Why was he with her dad? Why was she getting introduced to him?
"Hi Violetta." He said, smirking.
Violetta wasn't one to be rude but earlier that day, Federico had really annoyed her. She was mad at him. "Daddy what is he doing here?" She asked in her sweetest voice.
Federico looked as though he was about to laugh but wasn't quite sure if German would react by telling her to be more mature or if he would eat it right up. And German did- eat it right up I mean- Violetta was always Daddy's Little Girl, and she could get whatever she wanted from him.
"Vilu, sweetie, this is my friend, Amanda's son, Fede, and he is going to be staying with us, so that he can attend The Studio. Please try and get along alright?" German said to Violetta.
"Okay." She said, sighing. She didn't like Federico, not one bit, but she would try to get along with him, for her fathers sake. "Would you like me to show you around?" She asked, addressing Fede.
"Sure, Vilu." He said, smirking. Her father may have seen it as them becoming friends enough for nicknames, but in reality, Fede was teasing Violetta, for the way her father treated her like she was a kid.
"Shut up." She said to him when they were far enough away that her father couldn't hear.
After walking in silence for a minute they arrived at her room. "This is my room." She said. Fede walked in. "What are you doing, Fede?! You can't just walk into my room!" But he did.
He wandered into Violettas bedroom and examined it, it was a light pinkish purple, with cute sayings like 'Live, Live, Laugh' painted on the walls in cursive. She had a giant bed with five pillows and light pink blankets and sheets with a light purple comforter. In the corner she had a large walk in closet full of dresses and sweaters. Her dressed was also in her closet. She had a bookshelf full of books from her classes, about music, and just for fun reads, she had a bedside stand that held her diary and a photo of her mother on it, with many of her trinkets and accessories in the top drawers and her mother's old trinkets and accessories in the bottom drawers.
When Fede wandered over to the bedside table he said, "you look very mature in this photo." Looking at the photo of her mother.
"Actually, that's my mom." She said, somberly.
"Oh, I'm sorry, my mother warned me about her and not mentioning her or your aunt-"
"My aunt?" Violetta asked, "I don't have an aunt!"
"Um... yes you do." He said quietly.
"Who?"she asked.
"Angie?" he whispered, so quietly she couldn't hear.
"What?"
"Angie." He said, a bit louder this time.
"Oh. My. God." She said, and she ran downstairs to where Angie was in the kitchen, talking to German about the terms of her working there. Did German know Angie was her aunt? Why had he told her she had no living family? Why hadn't Angie said they were related? Violetta waited there for a second, watching Angie and German talk so happily without noticing her. She wanted to confront them, but she couldn't, not yet. She was still too upset that she had been lied to. She started to cry and she ran up to her room, locking her door behind her, and lay into her bed, face under a pillow. She didn't realize Fede was still in there.
He walked over to her. "It's going to be okay." He said comforting her, and then her gave her sad body a gentle hug and left her alone in her room, locking the door behind him. Maybe Fede wasn't so bad after all.
