Chapter 18

Damien ran at me summoning a wolf the lunged at me. I dodged them both nearly losing my balance. The wolf lunged at me once again but I got it tangled in my strings. The wolf howled in pain as the strings cut deep into it. Damien summoned a spear and swung it at me and it cut a part of my jacket when I dodged.

"You don't seem to know all of your abilities yet. This will be wonderful then!" Damien shouted while trying to attack me.

I didn't know what her was talking about but his attacks were getting faster. The wolf managed to get free of my strings and bit me in the shoulder. The wolf pinned me down and Damien pointed the spear at my heart.

"Sorry as much as i don't want to do this i need too. Goodbye for good." Damien said.

Damien was about to stab me until Shade stepped out of Damien's shadow and clawed his sides and threw him into the wall. Shade ripped the wolf apart and helped me up.

"Sorry master I would have been here sooner if it weren't for Damien's lap dogs." Shade said.

"Don't worry about it. Shade give him nightmares." I said.

Shade was a shadow cat with white eyes and a white mouth. He was born from nightmares and shadows. Shade's smile grew bigger and summed a bunch of little version of him. The little terrors were twitching like mad as they all ran to Damien. Damien was able to kill a few but they got onto him and started ripping him apart. I thought this would finally be over but no a circle of light appeared around Damien and the little terrors disappeared.

I looked behind Damien to see that Valerie was in perfect shape which shouldn't be possible since I killed her.

"See y/n you cant win just give up!" Damien shouted holding his shoulder.

I glanced over at Valerie and said,

"Never, I'll never give up! Dance puppet dance!" I said.

I attached my strings to Valerie and now she was my puppet. I can control her and her abilities. I made Valerie use her sword of fire to stab Damien in the side. Damien growled and stabbed Valerie with his spear and ripped her heart out. However since I was controlling Valerie she didn't die so I made her summon her ring of fire around them both and made her explode into fire.

Once the fire settled down I saw that Damien was still standing but several injured.

"You may have won this time but I assure you it wont happen again." Damien said as he disappeared.

"Shade, make this place disappear into the shadows. But get me out of here first." I said holding my shoulder.

"Yes master." Shade grabbed me and teleported us to the surface.

"Master you are okay!" I look up to see Buttons, Marry and Donna running this way.

"Y/n what happened to you?" Donna said panicking.

"Master had a fight with Damien and managed to fend him off for now. Her shoulder needs medical attention right away because the wolf's that Damien use have a poisonous bite." Shade said.

Shade made a ring of shadows and teleported us to Donna's house. Donna ordered Buttons and Mary to get some bandages while she had Shade get some rubbing alcohol. I felt dizzy and it was hard to focus.

"Hang in there y/n please." Donna whispered.

Donna put something on my shoulder which caused the wound to burn. Buttons, Mary, and Shade got the stuff to Donna and Donna went to work. Angie helped giving the things to Donna and within no time she was done.

"Shade why didn't you help master sooner!?" Buttons said angrily.

"I was fighting Damien's lap dogs that got in my way. I tried to get there as fast as I could!" Shade yelled.

"Be quiet both of you! Y/n needs rest not more stress!" Donna said angrily.

Everyone stopped talk out of shock because no one was expecting Donna to raise her voice. Donna grabbed a cold cloth and put it on my forehead. Donna sat down on the couch and put my head in her lap. Donna was running her fingers through my hair.

There was a sudden knock at the door and Donna made Shade awnser it. In came Heisenberg and as soon as he saw what condition I was in he ran over to me.

"What happened to y/n?" Heisenberg asked.

"She had a fight with Damien and thankfully she lived." Donna said.

"Damn him. Does Marvin still have the ritual items?" Heisenberg asked.

"Yes master specifically told Marvin not to come out of hiding unless y/n says so." Shade said.

"Good. We need to find where the ritual will take place and destroy it." Heisenberg said.

"I agree but y/n is my priority at the moment so it will have to wait unless you send your lycan's to scout out possibly areas." Donna said.

"That's fine but let me know if anything changes with y/n. I'll tell the others what had happened and what the plan is next. But where did y/n go?" Heisenberg said.

"The master went to Ravens Point and found a hidden layer by accident. That's when she found Damien but dont worry he wont be able to go back to his little hideout. Master had me consume it in shadows so he'll never be able to get in." Marvin said.

"Alright. I'm must be going now and I came to give y/n this ring. Annavel told me to give it to y/n when she came here. I just remember it." Heisenberg said handing Donna the ring.

Heisenberg said his goodbyes to everyone and left. I was struggling to keep.my eyes open and the pain was killing me.

"It's okay y/n try and get some sleep. We will be here when you wake up." Donna said patting my head.

I looked at everyone else and they nodded. I smiled and closed my eyes.

'I'm happy that everyone is with me.'
