Chapter 15: AT THE WORKPLACE

Although they have dated for about 4 months now, both of them promised to each other to keep their relationship a secret.

When they reached the carpark of their work, Ae told Pete that he had a stomachache. So after Pete parked the car, Ae quickly ran to the nearest toilet and did his business. Pete just closed the car door when suddenly he was being pushed hard by someone

"Hey! What the..! TRUMPH?? WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE? AND WHY DO YOU PUSH ME LIKE THAT? GET OFF ME!! YOU SON OF A BITCH!!HELP SOMEONE!!"

"HAHAHA! SHOUT LOUD AS YOU WANT!! NOBODY IS GONNA HELP YOU! YOU KNOW THAT PERTH HAD DEBT WITH ME? HE OWE ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BUT HE NEVER EVEN PAID ME!! EVEN IF HE'S DEAD NOW YOU HAVE TO PAY ALL HIS DEBT PETE HAHAHA!!"

Then before he could punch Pete, Ae came to the rescue. He ran and punched Trumph's face until Trumph nearly fell down.

"HEI WHO ARE..PERTH? YOU STILL ALIVE? I.. THOUGHT YOU'RE DEAD??" Trumph exclaimed when he saw Ae who came to the rescue and was taken aback by their similar faces.

Ae didn't know what had happened but he must act fast. He quickly acted on his instinct and therefore, took the role of Perth.

"YESS I AM PERTH..WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO MY HUSBAND PETE!"

"BUT I THOUGHT YOU WERE DEAD CUZ I SAW YOU FELL DOWN THE CLIFF DURING THE RACE?" Trumph finally got caught red handed and spit out the truth.

Pete was shocked and right that instant, he slapped Trumph's face.

"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO MY PERTH? YOU MUST BE THE ONE WHO KILLED HIM RIGHT? CUZ AT THAT TIME BASS TOLD ME THAT THE BRAKES WAS SPOILT AND THAT'S WHY HE'S DEAD, TRUMPH!"

Trumph's face was so pale, he quickly ran away from them. Pete cried and his body slumped down but Ae was fast to catch Pete before his head could hit the floor.

"Pete.. Pete.. Pete.. Please wake up."

Pete was still very weak and Ae had to support Pete to sit inside his car.

"I'm okay Ae.. I just want to go home and rest, that's it."

Ae called Bass to come over to the carpark asap. When Bass arrived, Ae asked Bass to help them drive cuz he doesn't know how to drive a car.

"Okay Ae.. Tell me what happened to Pete.."

Ae told him from A to Z what had happened.

"My god.. Trumph.. That stupid son of a bitch. Uurrghh..for your information Ae.. Trumph is Perth's bestfriend.. Perth was the one who gave Trumph money not the other way round. Trumph was a drug addict and at first, Perth thought he was in deep trouble because of his family but one day, Perth saw with his own eyes that Trumph was using his money to buy drugs. So after that, they had a fight. Perth begged Trumph to stop taking drugs and go for rehab but this fucker has such a thick head and he didn't even want to listen to Perth."

Ae just kept quiet and listened but in his head, he still got so many questions to ask Pete but now most importantly, Ae worries for Pete's health.
