I walked to the Jet where the Avengers already are waiting.

Clint clapped in his hand. „Great, everybody here? Let's go."
I said „No. There is still someone we have to wait for." „Who?"

„Me." A men said behind me. I grinned. I saw Steves eyes widen. „Like I said Captain, you won't like my ways."
I turned around and directly saw in his steal blue eyes. „Barnes." „Nowak." He said.

„Bucky, What are you doing here?" Steve asked. „I called him." I said. „And why?" „Because he is helpful." „Helpful? I thought you retired?"

„Well... I did. But every time S.H.I.E.L.D needs me I am helping." Bucky said.

„Great. So we can can go." I said with a smile and walked to the Jet. I know damn well that Steve doesn't like that Bucky is here. He thinks he's not ready. Bullshit.

We are all sitting in the Jet in silence. Nat and I are flying. Tony stares at Bucky the whole time. God if glances could kill Bucky would be dead.

We are all trapped in the Jet for 8 hours.

After two hours Thor broke the silence. „So...Red right? It seems like you know a lot of people...how comes?" I answered his question without looking away from the sky. „Oh you know...when you work around the world, you meet a lot of people." „Mhm yeah."

Steve asked harsh. „From where do you know Bucky?" I gulped. I fell Steves intensive glare. Not just Steves... Nat's too. But I said with no emotion like I learned it, „S.H.I.E.L.D"
„And how long do you know each other?" I heard his strikt voice. „7 years." I answered cold. „How comes you never told me?" Damn he's getting on my nerves. „Because you never asked" I said still emotionless.

Bucky interrupted Steve. „Calm down Steve it's not a big deal." Steve looked immediately in Bucky's eyes. I turned around and I saw that Rogers was angry. „He's right. So calm your frosty ass down or do I have to freeze you another 70 years in ice to shut you up?" I said while I stood up and walked to the group of superhero's. Thor really tried not to laugh, like Bucky and Tony.

Clint stood up and said „alright! So Red what's your plan?" He stopped next to me. „Okay, we'll land in Russia. There is a bar and-" Steve interrupted me like always. „A bar? Really that's your plan?" „Wow. You really don't like it when the plan is not yours?" I said with raised eyebrows. He stood up an stopped at the table where Clint and I stood. „No, I just don't trust you." „Steve that's enough!" Nat said. I walked over to him and looked in his eyes. My gaze pierces into his eyes. „No, no let him talk. I bet the Captain has much to say." „Oh I do! I don't trust you. You're sneaky and manipulative. You can't work in a team, you're not capable of that. You're cold and a murderer." With every word he's getting louder.

Manipulative, sneaky, cold...murderer.

Steve is right. I am. Thats what I'm used to be. That's what she made me into. The women who knows me best. The only one I am scared of.

The Madame.

She raised me. Trained me. Showed me how to kill. Steves words hit me. I would never show it but they did. Not in a way that it hurts, no. They hit me more like a wave of realisation. I don't know anything else. I was trained not to show emotions to anyone. That was a rule in the academy. I broke the rule once with Tony,Pepper an Happy cause I thought I could start a new live, but at the end it just proved the words right that the Madame told me everyday at the Red Room.

And she was right. I was a fool to think I could live a normal life when my vest is soaked in blood.
So I accept my destiny. Of course there was Sarah. But after the thing with Stark I told Fury to erase all memories about me in her head. As well in her dads and moms. S.H.I.E.L.D created a machine that could do that. I just thought it's for the best.
After all that I never bonded to anyone again. The thing with Nat, Clint and Fury is different. I trust them, but they know I could never really bond to them. Pure selfdefense. They know that and understand that. Mostly Natasha. She is like me. She tried to couple me with Steve, but that didn't end well.
