Navni were in the open space area... It has been two weeks since they were living in Manik's Farmhouse. Unfortunately, Manik had to go to Pune for a business meeting regarding Malhotra Industries for five days. He wanted to take her along with her but, she declined as she did not want to miss her classes. He had finally agreed not before ordering her to take care of herself and to be careful. The farmhouse is highly protected as if it is the house of the Prime Minister.
Now, both Navni skipped their classes and were stroling around. They also had to go to the library to prepare for notes...their exams were soon to be taken place.
Navya- Nanduu run run runnnn
Nandini- what are you singing?
Navya- let's run from here
Nandini- why
Navya- by the time I answer your query we will be Late miss Navya and late miss Nandini...
Nandini- what?
Navya- Don't look behind he is looking at us!! let's go from here
Both of them ran away to the toilet, they leaned against the wall, panting heavily.
Nandini- care to explain?
Navya- I've noticed it for a while...there is a man wearing a white t-shirt and jeans following us almost everywhere. He is not from our college...from his face I can tell you he is born ready to shoot someone.
Nandini could not hold herself and laughed her heart out looking at the facial expression of Navya.
Nandini- you're so funny Navya
Navya- tujhe bari hasi aa rahi hai...marne ka shauk pal rakha hai kya?
Nandini- ohh merii cutie pie...he must be Xavier, one of the bodyguards of Manik.
Navya- where is your David bhaiya? where is he not wearing his uniform?
Nandini- David has gone with Manik naa.. of course he will not wear this because we don't want anyone to get suspicious of us.

Both started laughing when suddenly the door burst opened. They got startled but immediately relaxed on seeing a girl.

girl- Helloooo you're Nandini Murthy right? and you are Navya Naveli...
Navni- yes but do we know each other?
Girl- Actually my name is Tara. I just joined Space a few days ago.
Navni- If so, then how do you know about us?
Tara- oh guys come on..ever since I have entered here you both have been the hot topic of evey student here.
Navni- what?
Tara- who won't know you...you both are the former girlfriends of the hot Manik and Harshad.
Nandini was shocked but she could not oppose as in front of others, they are no longer together. How she wished to strangle this Tara right now!!!!!!
Navya- what a great way of describing us!
Tara- Hey please don't be mean...I am not the only one saying this...Anyway let's be friends
Navni looked at each other and eventually agreed not because they like her but they wanted her to know them well and not to judge them because they were ex girlfriend of some xyz!
Navni and Tara were in the canteen sipping their juice and looking at each other waiting for someone to start the conversation. Navya could not bear the silence so, she decided to break it.
Navya- so Tara, where do you come from?
Tara- Actually I came from London two months ago but I have recently shifted in Mumbai.
Navya- Mumbaii main kahan?
Tara- I am staying as a paying guest in a house in XYZ residence.
Navni got shocked and looked at Tara who was already staring at them.
Tara- why so shocked?
Nandini- That's because you live in the same neighbourhood as mine.
Tara- Oh reallyyyyyyy
Navni- yups
Tara- Then where are you staying these days...we cannot find you.
Navni- huhh what do you mean by that?
Tara- ummm...urr I meant to say that as we live nearby...if you are living there alone, we could meet for party or something.
Nandini- sorry but we are not a party lover.
Tara- Oh my god...you are so different from Manik...how did you both fall in love?
Nandini- well, what can I say...opposites attract!
Tara- Nandini if I ask you something...you will not mind right?
Nandini- shoot
Tara- Yeah...now that you are not together...will it affect you if he dates someone else....?
Nandini was getting angry on listening to this. She does not know why but even the thought of Manik being with someone else hurt her a lot and it was enough to make a jealousy level reach 100%. Navya noticed Nandini's anger as she was turning red radiating a heat off her body. She jumped into the conversation.
Navya- Can't we just change the topic? We're getting bored already.
Tara- yeah okay...let's go I will drop you both since we live nearby.
Nandini was now worried. She did not know what excuse to give her as Manik's bodyguard and driver is already waiting for them in the parking lot. she did not want her to know. It's not that she is a bad girl but Navni were not getting the positive vibe from her.
Navya- we cannot go with you
Tara- why? are you angry? listen I am sorry please I won't talk about your exes anymore
Navya- No It's not like that....Nandini's brother will be there to pick us.
Tara- How is this possible? Your brother is younger than you and that too he is sick!!!
Nandini- How do you know so much about me?
Tara- ummm...you know I did some research about you after listening to the students and also, because I kinda..like Manik..a lot.
Navya- So you like Manik?
Tara nodded happily and this statement by her ruined the mood of Navni. Both of them went to the parking after bidding a bye to that Tara.
In the parking lot, Xavier requested Navni to stay away from Tara as she is unknown and could be a potential danger for them. They nodded and drove off to the farmhouse.
