(Third POV)

Living with the people they worked with meant it wasn't uncommon for the avengers to get on each others nerves at times. Arguments would happen, insults occasionally thrown, debates were often settled in rough ways.

Everyone had slowly picked up hobbies as pass-times or to help calm them down. Bruce would work in his lab, Hulk would smash damaged equipment that no longer had use, Tony would tinker in his workshop, Clint would shoot arrows, Thor would return to Asgard, Steve would go on runs, Sam would take his wings out, Natasha and Bucky would disappear for hours, no one was really sure where they went. Until Clint was presented with the opportunity to find out what Bucky got up to.

It had been a fairly quiet day at the compound, a rarity as of recent. For two weeks now everyone had slowly been becoming more irritable and it would show when Hulk got mad that the peanut butter had been finished, or when Thor chased Tony around the compound, wielding mjolnir, because he ate the last pop tart, and it especially showed when Natasha pulled a gun on Sam for not washing a plate he had used.

Cap had suggested everyone should spend some time apart for a few days, so that's what they were currently doing. Clint had found himself perched on the structures of the compound above the common area, a jar of peanut butter and a spoon in his hands. He was about to make himself comfy when he spotted Bucky enter the common room looking a little suspicious.

The older man carried an anxious, awkward yet intimidating demeanour most the time, however right now he looked like he was trying to hide a body.

Clint studied his behaviour carefully. Bucky seemed paranoid as he looked around the room, checking no one was following him. He left the common area in the direction of his room.

Clint pulled himself up to walk along the beam of the structure and carefully made his way to the air vent a few feet away. He was not going to pass up the opportunity to find out what Bucky was up to. He carefully hauled himself up into the vent, only to be met with a crossroad.

"Shit. Well I guess I'll go left" He muttered to himself. He quietly crawled towards the end of the vent, his only option now was down. The blonde awkwardly jammed his feet into the corners of the vent and used his hands to help him slide down.

Today was supposed to be a relaxing day of nothing but people watching and eating peanut butter. Now he was inside a vent following a 105 year old, bisexual, ex-brainwashed assassin to his room to see why he was acting so paranoid and suspicious . Today was Clint's off day, he had no time for this, but his curiosity would not let him stop.

He pulled himself out his thoughts when he found himself staring into a room below through the grates of the vent. There was no sign of Bucky, and the Captain America helmet sitting upon the drawers was a clear sign it was the wrong room. He let out a sigh and started awkwardly commando crawling again up to the next set of grates.

There he was, James Buchanan Barnes. Clint watched as the older man locked his door, making him look even more suspicious. He made his way over to is large built in closet and opened the doors to reveal... a table? With what appeared to be a half complete puzzle sitting on it.

Clint continued watching as Bucky dragged the table out. He lifted what appeared to be framed puzzles out from underneath and started carefully hanging them up on the walls.

He had expected to find a lot of things from this adventure, but this was not one of them. Bucky took his phone out his pocket and began playing.. Taylor Swift..? He sat himself down cross-legged Infront of the table that held the puzzle.

This had made the effort to follow Bucky worth it. He had no intentions to embarrass the older man, nor make him feel bad about it, it had just been very unexpected. In his spare time, James Buchanan Barnes was an avid jigsaw puzzle and Taylor Swift enjoyer.

Clint continued watching intently as the song changed and Bucky all but jumped to his feet. As if this discovery couldn't get any better, Bucky broke out into song and dance.

"Romeo take me somewhere we can be alone, I'll be waiting all that's left to do is run-"

Clint couldn't exactly blame him, the song was a classic.

"You'll be the prince and I'll be the princess, it's a love story, baby just say-"

"Ah shit" he felt the grates of the vent give way and suddenly he was falling. He fell headfirst into Bucky's room making it evident he had been watching.

"WHAT THE FUCK" Bucky exclaimed. Clint had scared the utter shit out of him.

"Hey buddy, you've got a good voice" he gave the older man a sheepish grin.

"Oh I am gonna kill you" Bucky shot back.

Clint jumped up from his current place on Bucky's floor and made a dash for the door, Bucky following close behind him.

"YOU CAN'T OUT RUN ME DUMBASS I HAVE THE SERUM" Bucky's voice echoed throughout the large hall in the compound.

"Yeah, and I never miss" Clint fired back at him, shooting a light shock arrow to delay the angry man.

He continued his run down the hall and made it back into the common area, looking slightly bewildered.

At some point during his little adventure, everybody had ended up in the common area. Six heads turned to look at him as he barged through the door.

He stopped and gave them a nervous smile as they all heard Bucky shouting at him from down the hall.

"CLINT YOU DUMB SACK OF BIRD BRAINS, YOU BETTER NOT TELL ANYONE"

Clint continued his run into the common area to stand behind a couch that Natasha, Sam and Wanda we're currently sat on. He made eye contact with Natasha, practically begging her for help.

"Oh no. Not a chance birdboy, you got yourself into this" she started.

"Which brings me to the question, what exactly did you get yourself into?" Bucky entered the room and immediately spotted Clint.

If looks could kill, he would be 6ft under right now.

Everybody's eyes darted between the two men, waiting for an answer.

"Well you see.. I may have sorta followed Bucky to his room through the air vents so I could see what he was up to" he stared.

"The vent sorta just broke, I fell through and now we're here" he continued.

Everyone looked between the two, even more confused.

"In my defense he was acting very suspicious. Turns out he has a strong appreciation for some good puzzles and Taylor Swift" he smirked at Bucky.

Everyone had now fully turned their attention to Bucky.

"So that's where you always disappear to" Steve spoke up.

"Yeah and what about it. Puzzles help clear my mind, and Taylor.. she has some good songs" Bucky nervously rubbed the back of his neck.

"Yeah your little karaoke session sure did it justice" He still had a smirk plastered on his face.

Bucky had never wanted to punch someone more.

"Hey Clint, before you go mocking Buck for liking Taylor Swift, how about we tell the team about your Ariana Grande phase" Natasha's voice came seemingly innocent.

The archer felt his face grow hot as an embarrassed blush crept it's way up.

"How do you even know about that?" He asked. He was sure no one knew.

"I found your vinyls" she smirked at him.

Bucky took a seat beside Steve on another couch just astray from where Natasha was sat.

"Now this should be interesting" Bucky gave Clint an evil grin.

He let out a sigh and came out from behind the couch to sit on a large beanbag chair Stark had bought at his request. The team were never going to let him forget this. He really had to find a better hiding place for his vinyls.
