Chapter 7: Daycare

A/N: Hello everyone! I have updated, so welcome to chapter 7, Daycare. I enjoyed writing this one so I hope you enjoy it! Now onto the chapter!

You sat in the back of the Quinjet while Nat piloted it. Steve was in the back with you but not seated, and instead got ready to take down Loki.

While you rode with them, you went over what would be happening right now. Which at this point should be his speech on ruling the planet and stuff. You know, the usual Loki things.

Looking out the window you noticed how close Steve's part would come up soon. Getting up from your seat to stand next to Nat, Steve jumped out of the jet. He was still a bit away but he knew what he was doing anyway so you didn't question it.

"You sure you want to stand? It's about to get a whole lot messier."Nat warned glancing over to your direction, before facing the front to pilot the jet

"I'll be fine. Besides when is superhero business or missions ever not messy?"you shrugged, not taking your eyes of off the scene

"True."he nodded understanding

As Loki is about to execute the man with his scepter as the light glows blue. Right as the energy beam shoots out, Captain America arrives, diving in just in time to block the blast with his shield, and knocking down Loki

"You know, the last time I was in Germany and saw a man standing above everybody else, we ended up disagreeing."Cap said walking towards Loki

"The soldier. A man out of time."Loki said getting up from the floor

"I'm not the one who's out of time."Steve countered back

Soon the rest of you guys arrive at the scene, you still standing by Nat. A machine gun is pointed towards Loki, while Natasha speaks from inside the aircraft. You watched from the window, barely catching a glimpse of Loki. Already excited to meet him and the others soon.

"Loki, drop the weapon and stand down."Nat said through the speakers of the aircraft

Loki sends a blast of blue from his scepter at the Quinjet. Natasha maneuvers it just in time, making you fall and giving Cap the time to throw his shield at Loki.

"Oof-"you uttered, hitting the floor

"Told you it would get messier."Nat smirked at you on the floor

"Yeah, yeah."you brushed yourself off the floor, quickly going back to watching

They both began to duke it out. Loki flings Cap to the ground, and then Cap throws his shield, but Loki swats it away. As Cap is knocked down by Loki, the scepter is pointed to Cap's helmet.

"Kneel."Loki seethed

"Not today!" Cap flips and knocks him out with his leg. Loki grabs him and flips him over.

The whole scene was so cool to watch in person. Sure you're in a plane watching it, but it was better live than behind a screen.

"This guy's all over the place."Nat said watching the fight go down.

That was until was suddenly AC/DC's "Shoot to Thrill" overdrives to the Quinjets speakers.

'Nice. One of my favorites.'you thought as the song played, causing you to smile more

"Agent Romanoff, did you miss me?"Tony said through the intercom

Both Cap and Loki look up at the sky as Tony flies over in his Iron Man suit. Blasting Loki right back to the ground. Iron Man touches down. He stands up and pulls out every piece of weaponry the suit has.
