Zoe's POV (the next day)
I woke up to the feeling of Tyler's arm pulling my back against his back. I checked the clock and saw that I had one hour before my morning shift started. I let out a deep sigh and turned my body to face Tyler's. I watched him squeeze his eyelids before opening them to meet mine his lips forming a smile.
"Hey you." He whispered in his rough morning voice.
"Hey." I whispered back.
"Can we just stay like this all day." He says pulling my waist towards his making me giggle.
"Me too... I have a shift in an hour." I sigh my forehead resting on his.
"Call in sick." He says laughing and pulling me on top of him.
"I wish I could." I say leaning down and meeting him in a kiss.
"It's alright I guess I should probably get up at some point too..." he says before reconnecting our lips.
It began to get more heated and I broke away before we could go any further.
"I need to get ready." I sigh giving him one last peck before getting up and changing into my uniform which was a red skirt and a white top.

I got to the diner and walked in to find Skyler helping out an old guy who came every morning for his coffee.
"Hey Skyler." I say opening the sliding door to go behind the counter and putting on my apron.
"Hey Zo. How was your night." She says smirking over at me.
"It was good." I say looking at her suspiciously.
"So what's up with green eyes I saw the look." She says cleaning some dishes.
"I told you his name is Tyler, we met at a party and now we're... seeing each other." I say grabbing a dish to dry.
"From the look I saw you must be seeing a lot of each other..." she says smirking.
"Oh shut up don't act like I didn't see the way you were looking at Janie." I say putting a hand on my hip.
"I didn't try and hide it. Is she single?" She says scrubbing a pan.
"Just got out of a relationship it was pretty messy..."
"Messy how?" She says looking at me.
"He was married and she didn't know." I say knowing I probably shouldn't of.
"She's straight?"
"No I think she's bi. I don't know her very well we just met, she's Tyler's sister." I say noticing how she let out a small sigh of relief.
"Should I ask her out or is it too soon. It's probably too soon I'll just shut up." She says starting to aggressively scrub the already clean pan.
"You should I can give you her number or she said something about having a shift tonight at her bar." I say smiling encouraging her.
"She'll probably say no and then I'll have to see her every time she comes here and just be embarrassed."
"Just do it you won't know unless you try." I say putting a mug back in place.
"I don't know Zo showing up at her work is a little stalkery." She says finishing the dishes and leaning against the counter.
"Well I could go with you we could just hangout. Maybe just start off slow and be friends." I say looking over at her.
