while kobe was at davines house he was sitting on the couch just thinking to himself then he took his phone out of his pocket looking at his wallpaper which was a picture of y/n him and the kids after that he went to his camera roll and just went through the gallery of them smiling at every picture then he saw videos and pictures from their wedding and he turned his phone off fighting back tears soon he left his phone on the couch and walked outside sitting down on the curb an hour past and jaiden came sitting next to him

Jaiden: why are you outside
Kobe: i fucked up bad
Jaiden: what do you mean
Kobe: y/n divorced me today and moved with the kids i have no idea where she went and i already miss her like shit
Jaiden: why'd she leave
Kobe: i was cheating i got davine pregnant i accidentally slapped her when i was mad i locked her in a room because she said she was going to leave me and for a year i neglected her even though i got so damn angry when she threatened to leave so when i was at work today she left and now i miss her
Jaiden: wow um bro to be honest you're the problem
Kobe: thanks
Jaiden: i'm being for real any other nigga out here would lie to your face but i'm keeping it real dude you're the problem and you're the reason you don't have her no more
Kobe: she called me a fuck up
Jaiden: i mean you did fuck a lot of shit up between you too can you blame her and maybe she meant you're a fuck up in the relationship
Kobe: she also told me she hates me doesn't love me anymore and wants to be with rome
Jaiden: shit y'all got a lot going on
Kobe: yea i know
Jaiden: ok so why did you do all of that
Kobe: because she was going to leave me
Jaiden: kobe
Kobe: i know man i know but when she said that it hit a certain spot in me and i went insane i don't know what the fuck happened and i don't know why because usually when someone threatens to leave me i'm just like ok but this time it was different it was worse than anything i've ever done
Jaiden: have you ever thought that maybe it's because you actually were in love with her and you were too scared to show it or show her because you have some weird thing going on that everyone's going to play or leave you
Kobe: because everyone did leave me and i was right because y/n left me as well
Jaiden: you put that on yourself you pushed her away even when she tried to leave then once she did you try to play victim like she did this to you no kobe you did it to yourself i love you man but this time she wasn't the problem
Kobe: i never needed her like i do right now
Jaiden: it must hurt but there's nothing you can do man she's gone and sorry but she's more than likely not coming back now maybe one day she'll forgive you but can you really see that happening anytime soon
Kobe: i fucked up bad this time didn't i

jaiden didn't say anything he just shook his head and kobe sighed looking off then putting his hands on his face while jaiden leaned on him just talking to him to try and make him feel better

Kobe: a year a whole year and all i ever did was make her cry i could've changed so she would forgive me but i was too dumb to see i was breaking her and when she finally snapped she left with the kids
Jaiden: what's up with that why aren't you tryna see them like is she mad about something including them
Kobe: i called them mistakes
Jaiden: kobe bruh
Kobe: i know i'm aware it was fucked up i didn't mean that shit i was mad as fuck she was threatening to leave me and i said anything to hurt her feelings
Jaiden: you couldn't have said anything else
Kobe: i knew y/n cared about the kids more than anything so to make her upset i said that
Jaiden: and in the long run look where it got you
Kobe: jaiden i know that but i can't go back in time and fix it
Jaiden: you're right because you had a year to fix it and you only made it worse
Kobe: are you here for support or to make me feel worse
Jaiden: it wouldn't really be support if i was lying to you to make you feel better i'm gonna be one hundred with you and i'm gonna let you know when you messed up and sorry to tell you but you messed up and you need to fully own up to that admitting you messed up isn't owning up to it owning up to it is taking a few months and sitting down with yourself no distractions none of that just think about what happened and what you could've done differently and change for the better not the worse and once you do that then you have officially owned up to it this right here is just admitting it and that's not helping anyone
Kobe: i hate it but you're right
Jaiden: man i'm your best friend i'm never going to tell you something to hurt you
Kobe: yea i know that jaiden
Jaiden: so now if we're done with this little pitty party let's get up and come on we're gonna make some changes right now
Kobe: wait how
Jaiden: one you need to call a fire department about the house you set on fire yes i know that was you and two you need to shower i smell the alcohol
