months passed since then y/n and jaiden got married they've been married for almost six months now kobes anger only grew worse and today him and y/n were in the car at night driving on a secluded road with just them not speaking and he looked at her

Kobe: why him and not me huh
Y: kobe
Kobe: no because i'm curious he has nothing to offer that i don't
Y: yes he does we've been married for six months way longer than me and you and i'm in love with him kobe ok the kids love him i love him we all love him i literally had his child a few weeks ago and you're still on this subject
Kobe: yea you had ulani and yet you still hang out with me
Y: because i don't want to just exclude you out of my life but you have to understand that we're over kobe the past is already written for us and there's no undoing that i'm sorry but there isn't
Kobe: there's no redo because you don't want there to be but i do
Y: how kobe how you're still with davine y'all will have been married for ten fucking years soon and you're tryna feed me this bullshit lie you love her more than you ever loved me
Kobe: i stayed with her because as long as i was with her that means i got to stay near you
Y: that's a lie kobe you asked her to move in with you she could've stayed in north carolina just admit i was never your first choice i was just prey to you and as long as you had to chase me you wanted me but when the chase ended you lost all love and drive for me and our relationship so it died and you found davine and she was just all you needed not me i looked like a damn fool trying to hold onto a relationship that was one sided

when y/n said that kobe got angrier and drove a little faster to try and hurry home keeping his eyes on the road once it started pouring down rain he turned on the windshield wipers and continued driving

Kobe: i loved you i did i just needed someone flawed like me you were too perfect and you knew it that's why i couldn't get over you because no matter how much i wanted to hate you everyone knows you can't hate something truly sent from heaven
Y: you were calling me perfect this whole time when i was calling you perfect in my own eyes thinking i was too flawed to be with you but i still tried because deep down i wanted you to fix me i opened myself to you so you could mold me how you wanted and maybe that would be enough for me and you to be together forever kobe i never stopped loving you

when she said that kobe looked at her and they just looked at each other until they leaned in kissing when they pulled away they heard a loud honk then they looked seeing a truck going full speed towards them so kobe swerved as hard as possible ramming and breaking the railing and the car started flipping off the hill while kobe and y/n were inside the car holding onto each other knowing what was going to be the outcome

Kobe: i've truly always loved you y/n
Y: and i truly always loved you too kobe
