So he hurt India giving a PHYCOLOGICAL scar,(I'll explain in my headcanons book) in her cheek
so I thought it would be something like this.

on her right side of the cheek (it's bigger than that of the picture , a little bigger)
of course she got some more scars but they were not THAT big so this is the major one.
this made India very self-conscious.
