"Lexi-chan!" Aido cries, sliding on his knees to hug around my waist. "I'm glad you're here! They've been so mean to me!" He sobs, rubbing his face into my stomach.
"Aww poor baby." I cooed, brushing my fingers through his hair which he seemed to love by the way he leans into my touch. My gentle brushing turned harsh as I closed my fist on his blonde curls and dragged him up to meet my level. "Grow a pair and slap the bitch brown haired slut in the room and let's go."
"Lexi-chan, I know you like it rough but not here please. Not in front of the peasants." Aido sighs before wincing at my tightening fist until he rewinds my words. "Wait, I can slap her?"
"No, because I get first slap dibs." I said releasing him, to bop him on the nose for being a silly vampire. "But still I was interrupted from my sleep to take you home, so we're going home." I turned grabbing his wrist to pull him out the room but he had other plans.
"No." He drags me back and tosses me onto the couch, climbing on top of me. His hands pinned mine to the side of my head while straddling my hips. "I don't want to go back." He says, staring down at me. I could feel my cheeks heating up at how closely he was, pressing up against me as his nose brushed the tip of mine. "Either should you." He whispers with soft eyes.
We stared at each other for what seemed like minutes and just when I thought he was going to lean in an awkward cough interrupts his movements. As if realizing where he was and what he was doing, Aido quickly gets off of me to sit up on the couch but never moving far from me.
"Well, if there is nothing we can do then you guys can stay in the Headmaster's private room." Yuki suggests, but immediately rethinks her idea from the glare Zero was giving her. The same glare that was trained on Aido a second ago, and it made me remember what happened that night along with the questions I had for him. "Or Aido can stay in the Sun dorms with Zero and Alexis can sleep in mine." Okay now we're all murdering Yuki mentally and with our eyes.
"Hell no!" Zero barks.
"Is he even clean?" Aido asked, making a disgusted face.
"Find a useful brain and read the room Bitch." I scowl just as my stomach growls."Yuki's dumb idea must have made me hungry."
"Yes, it most certainly has." Aido nods in agreement, stretching his arms out and having one lay on the back of my seat. He then rose a brow seeing Yuki inching towards the door nervously. "What is she doing?" He asked openly.
I roll my eyes at the girl, "She's so self-absorbed that she thinks you're going to drink her blood."
"As if." He scoffs, glancing at Zero with a mischievous smirk. "We all know if any of us is drinking someone blood it'll be yours, Lexi-chan." He loudly confesses, bringing me onto his lap and burying his face into my neck to inhale my scent. "Wouldn't you agree, Zero. Looking for another taste?"
A hurt and confused look crossed Yuki's features as she snapped her gaze onto Zero who's remained stabbing into Aido's being. "Zero...what does he mean by that?"
"Nothing!" Zero snaps angrily, passing her out the doors towards the kitchen leaving Yuki there with us.

"Well, this is awkward." Aido comments, tapping his finger against the small dinner table we made Yuki pull out for us.
"Yup." I said popping the 'p'. "So, about that food issue, because a home cook meal is actually sounding really nice." I look at Yuki making it seem more like a demand rather than a lovely thought.
Aido also joins in on the fun in making Yuki out to be a servant girl. "It is and while you are at it, I request our bed to be extra soft along with them having a lavender scent to them."
"You two are going to sleep in the same bed together?" Yuki blushes, but is probably mentally cheering thinking that Aido and I are together or something so she can have both 'her' boys back.
"Yes."
"No." Aido and I both answer resulting in me slapping the back of his head but I will admit his little pout is adorable.
"Oh, don't act like you're so innocent, Yuki. The naïve little girl act gets old really quick." I spoke coldly, rising from my chair to walk towards her. I could hear the pounding of her heart growing faster. "But then again that's all you are Yuki. A little girl with a silly crush on a man who she has no clue about who he really is."
"We're wrong! I know exactly the kind of person Kaname is!" She stomps her foot like the same bratty child she has always been, forgotten memories or not. "You're just mad because he rather show who he really is to me and not to you!"
"Yuki!" Aido growls, jumping from his seat ready to defend me. The malice in his tone shocks me and sends a shiver up my spine. "Watch it, Cross." He hisses, but sits back down at the wave of my hand telling him that I was a bad bitch who could handle her own battles.
"Such a silly girl indeed...just like me." I chuckle softly, which scares her. Good I like seeing her quivering in the presence of true alpha power. I could see her veins turning to ice when I reached to play with the ends of her short hair. "I pity you Yuki to be so blinded by love that you refuse to see the dishonesty that is hidden in those auburn orbs." I tsked, running my finger along her thin neck and allowing them to wrap around it. My fingers were loose, but her breath had still paused feeling them there. "Listen, we've all been there but remember in the end you'll be the one hurting. So, don't go thinking you're special because you got your board of a body felt up once, sweetie." I cooed sweetly, removing my hand just as Zero, who was probably listening and watching to see what I'd actually do, dragged her out of the room to help him with dinner.
It was silent until Aido busted up in fits of laughter, "That was great." He pants, wiping a tear away.
My heart warmed at the site of him being so carefree. "Thank you and boy do I feel good." I nod, laughing with him. As he calmed down he was unaware that I was studying him from across the table. "Hey, Aido."
"Yeah?" He asks with a cute head tilt similar to how Kain used to do. It must be a family thing, but I didn't want to compare the two.
"Nothing." I smile at him.
~Somewhere else~
"It doesn't make any sense." Yagari huffs pacing back and forth in the dark room that held him, Kaien Cross, and Benjamin and Vivian Airay. "First, Ichiru working for Senate then them letting Zero off. It just doesn't add up."
"Not only that but they let loose about who Alexis really is after promising that no one would know." Vivian comes into the conservation, while Ben growls in frustration. "Those bastards made a deal with us after not hearing us out about Rudo."
"You said that they allowed the Zero boy to get off Scott free yet they haven't done that since.." Vivian licks her lips to help the dryness of her mouth. "Jensen's case."
"Right, so it may be possible that the Senate and the Hunters' Association have struck up a deal between the two." Cross concludes, leaning on his laced fingers. "But the question is for what purpose?"
"Do you think that both sides know about what Alexis truly is?" Vivian askes the men worriedly as they all look downcasted.
"Let's hope not."
