Party Time

^Lady's House
6:30 pm
The next day

I'm currently at the mall with the crew trying to find things for our outfits for the party. We all decided on black and/or white. I already had my outfit but I wanted some black forces to wear with it. So while they were in other stores, I went into footlocker and browsed until out of the corner of my eye, I seen some girl walk up to me. As she got closer I realized she looked oddly familiar. When she got close, I realized exactly who she was. My ex.
"Dee, what the hell? You know you don't need to be seen with me." I whisper-yelled so I wouldn't cause a scene.
"I've been looking for you Elijah. Where have you been?!" She asked like she was my girlfriend or something.
"Why does it matter bruh?" I asked getting real irritated.
"We need to talk. Like right now." For some reason as soon as she said that, I got a bad feeling.
"I-" was cut off almost instantly by Kayla.
"Jah let's got before the girls make a scene."
When she said that I looked back to see Gabby and Kiyah holding back Alex and Riah. I quickly told Dee that I still had the same Instagram and left.
"What did that bitch want Jah?" Alex asked protectively.
"I don't know. She just said she needed to talk to me."
"Mhm I bet she did." Riah sneered.
See none of them really like Dee because a few years ago she cheated on me. With my brother. In other words, she broke my heart. So they haven't liked her since. We got into my Tahoe and picked up something to eat before heading to the house. The mood lightened once we got some food, cause we're some fat motherfuckers, so everyone was in good mood when we got to the house. It was currently 8 and the party started at 10 so everyone went their separate ways to get ready. I took my shower, lotioned, and brushed my teeth before I got dressed. I grabbed my keys, wallet, and phone before I went downstairs. I sat in the couch and scrolled through TikTok for about 15 minutes before Gabby and Kayla came downstairs. I had to hype my boys up for this one. One thing I can say about my crew is that we all know how to dress.

We started taking pictures without the girls and Kayla prepared some drinks for all of us. We took a round of shots before the girls came down. About an hour later they came down and, as always, looked magnificent.

They came down, we took pictures, and more shots, and got ready to leave. It was about 11, so we were good on time. First rule is to never show up on time. That's lame as hell. We all stepped out with our outfits, so naturally we had to step out with the rides too. We pulled up 3 cars deep.

Kayla and Riah were first in her Lambo. Alex and I were next in my Charger, and Gabby and Kiyah followed in her Jeep. We parked in the driveway and helped the girls out and walked in. I'm not even gonna lie, the place was jumping. Whatever DJ she hired, I need them at my future parties. People noticed that we had arrived and before I knew it, all eyes were on us. I could understand why. You had four stars of the basketball team and two popular seniors. And we're all very attractive. Of course all eyes were on us. People couldn't help but to stare.
We stood there for all of two minutes before the woman of the house made her way through the crowd to us.
"Hey guys. I'm so glad you could make it." Lady addressed us as she gave us all hugs. She told us to follow her to the kitchen and we all went to get drinks and talk. As we walked into her kitchen, I looked around and had to admit, it was nice. We sat around her island as she poured us cups of jungle juice. She's funny as hell so I already know we finna have a good ass time.

2 Hours Later

   I'm not even gone lie. I've been having so much fun. Lady been serving us drink after drink. This is our fifth round of shots and my third cup of jungle juice. Kayla and Riah snuck away to the guest room, Alex went to find her a cute girl to mess around with, Gabby and Kiyah went to their car, and Lady and I are in her room. I knew I wasn't going anywhere anytime soon, so we're laid up in her bed. We were just talking about our high school experiences and now she's straddling my lap telling me how good I looked tonight. We make eye contact and I lean in. She looks from my eyes to my lips and closes the distance between us and...well...let's just say we were up for a while.
