"Annnnd there you have it" Alex grinned as he put the last of my clothes in the dresser. I decided to take up on his offer and move in with him. "You won't regret living here, I promise" he smiled and hugged me. I returned his hug and smiled. "Just promise me one thing" he spoke softly. "And that it is?"
"I'll never change a diaper as long as you live here" he chuckled and pulled away to look at me. "It takes a man with guts to change a diaper, Gaskarth" I smirked. "Calling me a pussy?" He asked. "Does a bear shit in the woods?"
He tackled me to the bed and started tickling me. "Alex!" I screamed and laughed. "Alex please!" I squirmed under his touch and continued to laugh. His torment lessened as our eyes met; "Or what?"
My breath hitched in my throat as Alex pressed his lips to the corner of my mouth, not touching our lips together, but so close. "Alex?" I questioned. I was silenced by his lips touching mine fully. I felt alive for the first time in a millennium it feels. I swear I felt a spark between our lips, it was so electrifying. I believe Alex felt it also because he sucked in a breath and gripped onto my hips.
"Kyler... Alex, you have visitors down stairs in the gathering room" the help knocked on my wooden door. Alex immediately pulled off of me. "Sorry, I don't know what came upon me" he blushed and turned away, walking out the door. I walked across the hall and grabbed Daisy out of her crib and carried her downstairs. Who I saw stunned me into almost falling down the stairs.
"Kyler! Baby it's been so long!" My mother cheered as she seen me. How did she find me? We're in Baltimore not Albany. I haven't even contacted her since last year.
"Hi mom?" I said almost as a question. I glanced at Alex who seemed just as confused as I was. "This is the little bugger?" She smiled as I approached her. "Yeah, her name is Daisy Marie Fuentes" I smiled a little. "May I hold her?" She asked. I nodded and handed over my daughter. "So are you the father?" my mom looked over at Alex. He panicked and looked at me. I shook my head no and he smiled at her sweetly. "No ma'am. I'm Alex Gaskarth. Kylers just my roommate and best friend." he assured and looked at me. I nodded and walked over to him. "Thank you" i mouthed.
"So uh, how did you find me?" I asked quietly. Her posture straightened as she made eye contact. "Social Media. Your pal over there has some pretty nosy fans" she nodded toward Alex. "They have your address posted all over Twitter" she added.
"Oh I know. They send me fan mail all the time but never come knocking. I don't know why" he shrugged and sat by me. "But why did you come? You said-" "Kyler I know what I said. I was wrong to say that."
When I was living with my mom neons ago, I was kicked out for having sex with the neighbor boy who was a year older than me. I was 16 going on 17 at the time.
"What are you saying now?" I eyed her suspiciously. "I miss you and I would like you to move back home" She smiled at me. "I can't" I said immediately, causing my mom to look at me. "And why not?" Because I don't like you? My subconscious reminded me. I had no other way of saying it either. "Well? Why won't you" my mom began to sound hurt. "She's my girlfriend and we are planning on moving to California so she can become an actress...." Alex spoke quickly. "Really?" My mom looked surprised. "Sure?"
"I'm so proud of you Kyler" she smiled and teared up.

"This was a lovely dinner, María. Thank you Kyler and Alex for having me. I'd love to see the little one more often" my mom pouted. I nodded to her, "We have Skype?" I suggested. She gave me her username then left.
"I'm so sorry, I had no idea" I groaned and plopped down on the couch. "Its fine, princess" Alex assured and sat next to me. "Girlfriend who's moving with you to California to start her acting career?" I asked and looked at him.
"I panicked and blurted the first thing that came to mind. Sorry" he shrugged. "Me being your girlfriend was the first thing you thought of?" I looked at him strangely. I honestly thought it was adorable that he thought about that first. Vic never did.
"Yeah" Alex said, his face turning a light shade of pink. "That's adorable" I smiled. He chuckled and poked my side. "I'll race you to the arcade room!" He shouted and ran down the hall. "Wait! Will I be able to hear Daisy-"
"Kyler, Marías got her. Lighten up a bit" he smile and tugged me into the arcade room.
