I swear my heart actually stopped working. Did he really just say that. I am at a lost for words. We just met last night and he already wants to take me to dinner. This is to much but I like it. He makes me feel something I have never felt with any other guy I have been with, but could I really do that to Mason. I mean I love mason, right? I know he hits me from time to time but it's only because he cares.
"What should I do?" I said turning to Miguel.
"Ummmmm go out with him. Like NOW" He replied franticly.
"What about Mason"
"Fuck Mason he don't care about you anyways. Besides it's just dinner you can say you were just trying to get to know each other more. Mason's stupid he'd fall for that."
I took a deep breath and looked at my phone. I mean it was just dinner. Like what could go wrong.
"Sure I would love to go to dinner sometime"
"Great what is a good day for you and I can make it work"
"Ok I will let you know"
Omg. I really just did that. I am going out with Hawk. My boyfriends best friend. What if he finds out? Will he hit me more? All of these thoughts just kept going through my head. However, I wanted to go out with him and that's exactly what I was going to do.
"How about tomorrow? Mason is at work all day so it will be perfect" I asked.
"Tomorrow is perfect pick you up at 7"
"Ok it's a date"
