Day 2

I woke up in my apartment reaching for my phone to check the time. As I grabbed it a piece of paper fell. I bent over the side of my bed to see what it was and it was the note from Hawk. I thought that was just a dream last night but it wasn't. I sat up in my bed and read the note over and over until it was practically engraved in my brain. I don't know what to do. Thank god I won't be seeing Mason today since he is working and won't be back at his place until late, so I called my best friend Miguel to come over. I was still sitting there on my bed staring at the note until a knock at my door broke my trance. I got up and rushed over to it only to find Miguel standing there ready for me to spill everything. 

"Okay so what was this thing I heard on the phone of a hot guy giving you their phone number." He asked basically yelling. 

"It's a long story so prepare yourself."

As he took a seat on the couch and I started telling him everything his mouth fell more and more open. 

"So you going to text him or what" He asked looking at me like I was crazy to not have already done it. 

"I'm just scared about Mason you know how he gets" 

"Well it is obvious that this guy is perfect for you and you are perfect for him"

"I know its just I don't think I can don that to Mason"

"Fuck that bitch. I am sorry but I have never liked the dude I think you should go for it with Hawk"

"Okay, Okay I'll text him god" I said pulling out the note and my phone to begin putting him in as a contact.

I took a deep breathe and typed "Hey it's Y/n from the party last night". I took a deep breathe and sent it. Deep down inside I was freaking out that is when I looked at my phone to see he responded.

"Hey princess, nice to see you took the hint *winky face*"

My heart fluttered so fast and hard I think it stopped working for a second. 

"It's kinda hard not to when you look the way you do *smirking face*"

"Oh I see. Well I think I need a reminder of  beautiful you are so why don't I take you to dinner sometime"
