Background story
Sai, Vikram and Antara are paternal cousins. After the twin's father died, Sai's father Inspector Kamal Joshi took their responsibility until Vikram gets a stable job and can get Antara married to a good family.
Due to an old promise between Kamal Joshi and his best friend Ninad Chavan, Sai was engaged to Virat Chavan when both were minors but they married when Sai was legally an adult. ( Sai and Virat have 4 years age gap).
