First thing first, is Lydia okay. She was hurt during the winter formal, then kidnaped or something and then walked out of the woods naked during a really cold night. Tell her I wish her well or something nice. Then she is very confident and she is Lydia so she won't be having any trouble. Tell her I said hi, because you have become her friend or something.
Second you actually got detention because you dad questioned a teacher. Ha, good luck with that one. It will be a fun year for you if he really hates your guts. Dentention isen't all that bad, it depends on which teacher are watching and who are in it. Yes I have gotten detention a few times here. I just can't keep up with all this bullshit so I lose my temper. Not verbally more sarcasm and harsh words. But I still got good grade so Mary dosen't care that much.
Third. HOW. THE. HELL. DO. YOU. FLIP. A. FRICKING. MACHINE. UPSIDE. DOWN. Is that even possible. YEs I read the news and yes I have one of those sold police radios in my room that is connected to beacon hill. I get bored something okay, I get homesick and the best way of knowing things is through the radio. Since no-one seems to want to speak to me.
