"Is there something you want to say?" Jimin ask you.
You've called him to meet you as you wanted to tell him something but all you're doing is to stare at the lake, not even sparing him a glance.
You're just thinking what JK has told you that day and after JK left, you stayed there till night sitting on the same bench analysing and finally decided to tell Jimin the truth.
After getting no reply from you, Jimin thought you must be angry about that scene at the hostel. So he starts explaining himself.
"You didn't want to ask why I got into a fight with your brother, do yo?" He walks closer to you.
"..."
He sighs and cupped your face, "It wasn't my mistake. He said I shouldn't meet you, not love you, who the hell is he to say that to me? Even if God orders me, I'm not deserting my love"
You remove his hands. "Jimin. Look... There was nothing of the sort you imagined there was. I'm not in love with you. Whatever I said or did were meant to be a big deceit. It was a game I started at the behest of my grandma but I got to know that she was doing it to settle family scores. I realised then, how disastrous the consequences could be. So I've decided to put an end to this pretense. Please Jimin... forgive me and also forget me"
You confess everything at one go and turns around leaving from there.
"Hey, Stop there..." Jimin runs towards you.
"You're through with your story? Now listen to my epic! Like hell you will lie to me! I was the one who was deceiving you at my friend's behest, to settle old scores and so on and forth! What do you think? That I've fallen in love with you? Are you crazy? Look at your face! It's like a melon on a papaya tree!" Jimin laughs like a crazy but he seems hurt a bit and so did you.
After listening to his confession as well, you just decided to walk away without saying a word.
"And listen...what else did you say? That I must forget you? I need to think of you to forget you! Now get this into your skull! I. Hate. You! I hate you a thousand times more than you can ever imagine! A thousand times more! Good bye!"
And with that he left you all alone standing there.
