When Prince Gulf escape in the island everyone was shocked, everyone was clueless on what really happened but their king keep silent about it, until each of them grew tired of talking about it, until the topic was seem to be forgotten.

The kingdom became a mess. Their ruler, King Nadech was furious everytime. So no one dare to approach him anymore. Only his most trusted men can talk to him when necessary.

The king is not really an antagonist after all. He is a loving father. He just wanted his son out of danger, to be safe. The curse he suffered before will never be felt by his precious son. He promised to himself.

"King Nadech" the first royal guard and the Kings bestfriend, Mark. Show respect to their king. He bowed his head with his right hand on top of his chest.

"Mark, my son seems to have the same fate as mine." the king uttered sadly.

"You don't have to worry that much Nadech. I, and the other royal guards are doing our best to find him." the first royal guard Mark, drop the formality. The king doesn't need a royal guard for now. He needed his friend. The king doesn't mind it at all. He is even the one who proposed the idea.

" about the fate you are saying, are you talking about Urassaya?" Mark carefully asked. Actually, he knew it already. But he still wanted to hear it from the mouth of the King itself.

"Urassaya, my queen. I missed her." he confessed to his bestfriend. Mark come up beside the throne and patted his bestfriend shoulders.

"You should stop thinking about the past. Wherever she is now, I know she is beyond happy. You're a great father Nadech." Mark said to comfort him.

"But what happened in the past is still so fresh on my mind." Nadech said and drifted to dreamland. Mark sighed and move the King to his bed so he can rest comfortably.

Having this topic recalled, Mark started to think of what happened years ago again.

Every tenth of the year the island will sink. Because of that, the creatures in the island was given an opportunity to visit the human world at least twice a month. They are only on their teens when it happens. He remembered how Nadech's eyes sparkled seeing Urassaya, whom he called as angel at first. Both of them was fascinated by her undeniable beauty. With his motivational speeches to show support to his bestfriend. Nadech gathered all his strength and befriended her and not long after a love started to bloom.

"Mark, you do know that I can hear thoughts right? Stop with that story, it pisses me off." the king growled.

"You fucker! So, you are awake after all. But you let me carry you!" Mark irritatingly said. The king laughed.

"I just wanted to test your muscles. And it doesn't disappointment me. The royal guard is amazing." the king said playfully and wink at him. He just glared and showed his fist.

"But Mark, seriously. I want to thank you. Thank you for everything." the king sincerely said. Mark nodded then left.
