jiheon just told me there's an early morning assembly
do you need us to pick u up ?

seoyeon : yes, please

jiheon : ummm.... wtf??

jisun : why what's up?

jiheon : ... we had FR5 performance at the school today 😭😭 i almost lost my voice from screaming too much

jisun : wait who is FR5?

jiheon : the new girl group we were talking about yesterday—

seoyeon : the one that looks like chaeng

jisun : ohh...
why did they even have a performance there??

jiheon : the principal said that the girls were gonna enroll here... well only the two of them at least...

gyuri : oh so that's what the early assembly was for...

jiheon : yep oki gtg class in a few see you at lunch yeonieeeeeee

seoyeon : yep, see u.

when the two girls met for lunch, seoyeon had to wait for a whole 10 minutes for jiheon's ass to reach the table.

"what took you so long?"

"umm... i was with nagyung so—"

"lee nagyung? the FR5 member?"

"yeah... she got lost so i had to accompany her here. she's right there actually, with.....chaeyoung."

jiheon squints her eyes while pointing to a table not far from theirs. seoyeon turned to see the two girls sitting together, with their lunchboxes.

"we met in the toilet and chaeyoung ditched her just so they could find a nice table."

jiheon explained, while opening her lunchbox, getting ready to dig in. seoyeon on the other hand, didn't realise that she was still staring at the new idol.

it only hit her when the other girl stared and smiled back at her.

"are you not gonna eat?"

"w-what? oh, right. i am."

when seoyeon found out that the two idols were going to be joining her class, she swore she could feel her heart stop beating. she had forgotten how to react after seeing a face that she has been seeing on her phone finally came to life.

seoyeon wasn't the type to pay attention in class but ever since these two joined in, she could feel her eyes drying and her back burning from sitting up straight and not blinking at all. (only god knows why she didn't blink tbh)

soon enough lunchtime was over and it was finally time for a new class. seoyeon and jiheon parted ways like normal. as she stepped into her chemistry class, she heaved a sigh of relief. thank goodness, she's finally away from the idols, she thought.

and that was when the tall figure walked in and took a seat next to her, with a smile across her face.

"hi!"
