Chapter 63: Heart

Everyone's battles are halted by the shocking appearance of Jennifer.

Even the elders appear to be intrested in  her arrival.

"So this is the girl you were talking about back then."Spoke Prometheus.

"Yes..she's the one."Answered A Boy.

"Hmm she's not a normal demon is she. To me she gives me the impression of being a royal blood." Stated Prometheus.

"You're right the last of the demon kings bloodline rest within her."Spoke the Boy.

" I see. "Thought Prometheus.

The Boy begins to walk away.

"Oh one more thing. " Said Dreadth.

"Yes? " Answered The Boy.

"Where is he now?" Questioned Dreadth.

"He'll be joining the battle soon."Spoke The Boy.

"Alright."Said Dreadth.

"Dreadth I shall not let you intervene in this battle."Stated Prometheus.

"Oh what's this ?Are you perhaps losing your edge."Dreadth Responded.

"You know if you fight this battle you'll be sealed away for the next." Said Prometheus.

"Ggh Alright but I fight whom ever I see as my equal! " Dreadth Called out.

"If that's all ,then so be it."Prometheus Answered.

The boy leaves while the two continue their confrontation.

"Young girl what is your next move? "Questioned a Tall fellow.

"Let's see, I would start with Johnny since he lied and did the worst of all but B will surely kill him. The other would be Toshiro, of course the second in command would have known. I guess the swordsman dies first." Stated Jennifer.

"As you say." Said the Tall fellow.

The two sense Toshiro spiritual essence and begin their hunt.

"Leon go help the offensive team I'll be joining you soon." Ordered Toshiro.

"Sure..I guess." Answered Leon.

Leon rushes to the Battlefield.

"So I'm the target, I do hope you've improved at a miraculous level for I will not hold back." Stated Toshiro.

An arrow released with enough force to puerce the sound barrier.

"Sorry but I don't plan on keeping you alive any sooner." Mumbled Jennifer.

Tohsiro sees the arrow but does not move.

"Is that all." Toshiro Spoke.

Jennifer and the Tall Fellow land before Toshiro.

"O is this the man you want dead?  If so I'll do you the favor !"Shouted The Tall Fellow.

"No this man dies by my hands." Jennifer stated.

"How about that boy we just saw leave ?" Questioned The Tall Fellow.

"Sure hes scum." Answered Jennifer.

"How can you say that about your friend." Toshiro replied.

"A friend you say?  Don't talk about friends when you kept your mouth shut when we needed an answer. So take that crap else where." She Responded.

"Well that's kinda true but I chose to keep my mouth shut for if you knew what would you have done?" Questioned Toshiro.

"Even if nothing was possible ,knowing would have been enough atleast I could've said goodbye to the man I loved!" Jennifer shouted.

"You'll soon learn the truth and that's where one's words reflect on everything." Toshiro spoke.

"Truth?  The truth is you and everyone that chose to stay along side such bastards as yourselves will die today!" Jennifer Announced.

Jennifer prepares and arrow and shoots.

"Jen is that why you've returned." Athena Talks.

The arrow reflects off Athena's armor.

"..What do you want." Jennifer Responds.

"Is this all for the love of a man?" Questioned Athena.

"That man meant my life, the only one that kept me safe! "Shouted Jennifer.

"Safe?  Is that all any man can make you feel safe."Said  Athena.

"You bitch what do you know !!"Jennifer Scream.

"Well I see T.A.Z became such friends to you haven't they?  And let me tell you how the man I love died in my arms, you just cried and left when news came about I stood and stayed. Another thing is my son will not have the warmth of a father beside him. The last thing I told him was That I was having his child. Now let me ask you is your love the same as the love I felt for a man that made my world." Athena Spoke Her Heart.

" Son what do you mean? "Jennifer asked.

"Shadow was my light and the man I chose to spend my life with but yet even he was taken from me, you have not lost anything yet and when you realize that you'll be far consumed by hatred."Stated Athena.

"How is it that you understand my pain but yet you view me like an outsider!"Shouted Jennifer.

"What the hell is wrong with you , do you truly believe Chester is dead! ?"Athena Questioned.

Athena's words reach Jennifer.

Deep inside she can still feel the warmth of the man she holds dear.

The heart which she thought was shattered slowly reattaches.

"Miss are you okay?" Questioned The Tall Fellow.

"Yes...Kill them . I have to go somewhere." Ordered Jennifer.

" Ok then, Let's have some fun!"Shouted The Tall Fellow.

Jennifer leaves but Athena smiles as she sees the tears of her student float in the wind.

"You are still young Jennifer, you have yet felt the warmth within your heart as I have, but that's what youth is."Thought Athena.

At Shu's realm.
