I feel a tap on my shoulder

"Hey" he says

"We're here"

I open my eyes and see Anh, Yon, and Kei waking out

I sit up and yawn stretching my arms

I grab my bag from the stowaway cabin

before leaving, I grab his sweater from my seat

I hand him his hoodie

"Thanks for the blanket" I say

he laughs and I walk off the plane

my eyes take a second to adjust to the light

the same man from the banquet was walking up to us

"Li!" he says and smiles

He walks to him and they hug

"I'll be taking you to your new home"

he leads us to a big white mansion on a wide hill

"Welcome home," he says

my jaw drops

"This is gonna be your house?!" I say

"Yup, well yours too of course," he says

We walk in through the doors and into the grand entrance there's a chandelier and two staircases parallel from each other

"And this is the living room," he says

the living room had one big luxury couch, some tables and chairs, and a huge fireplace

He then shows us the theatre room, the ballroom, the playroom, the game room, the pool, the wardrobes, the tour never stops

"Well I think that's enough for one day everyone get some rest, we'll talk in the morning"

We walk to the luxury bedrooms and unpack our things

I change and brush my teeth

I climb under the silk covers and attempt to fall asleep

After several hours of tossing and turning, I sat up and got out of bed I grabbed a blanket and walked to the living room

I was surprised to see Li sitting on the couch by the fireplace

He looks up at me

"hey what are you doing up so late?" he asks

"I could ask you the same thing," I say

He hands me a marshmallow and a skewer

I sit down on the couch and poke the marshmallow with my stick

"I couldn't sleep" he says

"there's too much pressure on tomorrow"

I stick my marshmallow over the fireplace

"What about you?" he asks

"Oh um, I don't know I guess I just never felt comfortable on beds considering the fact I've slept on old couches half my life" I say

he laughs

"I had this friend once," I say

"She had a kind of hard life you know, after her mom left and her dad was barely around and she had to cook for herself and stuff"

"But, she always smiled and pretended she was okay when she was with people?"

He nods

"And she did that for twenty years" I say
