Adrien's POV: (Adrien and Nino's Penthouse Apartment)
I woke up and turned to my right, hoping to find Marinette still sleeping beside me. She wasn't there, but that was expected.
Still makes me miss her though. I got up and checked my phone to see the time. "11:20..." I mumbled. I must've slept in. I got up out of bed and started walking towards my bathroom. Before I could open the door, I heard my doorbell ring from the entrance hall. I assumed it was Nino coming back from Marinette's place, and he rang the doorbell because he forgot his keys.
I made my way to the front door, attempting to fix my hair as best I could. I checked through the peephole to see who was there. My eyes widened and my shoulders became tense. I was expecting to find Nino standing on the other side of the door, but to my surprise, I ended up staring at Felix. What was my cousin doing here in Paris? And why was he at my front door? I slowly turned the doorknob, and opened the door.
"Felix..? What are you doing here? In Paris?" I asked with a stunned expression on my face.
"Wow, you don't sound so happy to see me." Felix mumbled with a blank face.
"No, no. It's not that! I'm just surprised to see you. It's been awhile." I answered nervously.
I stepped to the side of the walkway, gesturing for him to come inside.
"But really, are you here just to visit?" I asked again, closing the front door behind him.
Felix took off his jacket and walked over to hang it up in my coat closet. Shortly after, he came out and made his way to my dim living room. I followed him with my eyes, waiting for him to respond to my question.
"This is a nice penthouse, Adrien. When did you move in?" He asked, falling back into my couch.

"About a month and a half ago. I'm living here with my best bud, Nino." I responded, sitting on the couch across from him.
He turned around and looked to the window. The view couldn't be seen because the automatic shades were still out. I reached for the remote and opened them up so that Felix could admire the view.
I watched as he got up to gaze out of the windows. He was checking out the view down below.
"About 3 months ago, I had decided that I wanted to move to Paris and become closer with my mother's side of the family. I wasn't sure when I would actually make the move, so when your father sent me an invitation for his wedding, I decided that I would move at the same time." Felix explained, still staring out at the beautiful view.
"Wait, you're moving here? That's great, Felix. Is Aunt Amelie coming with you to my father's wedding?" I followed.
"Unfortunately, no. She declined Uncle Gabriel's invitation because she has no interest in his new marriage. If I wasn't 19, she would've made me stay in London with her. I'm pretty sure she's still upset with him about the wedding rings." Felix continued.
