Come in I said. Donnie walked in he looked like he's been crying. What's wrong I asked him he got on the bed and looked at me something clearly on his mind. Remember when Katie and dad came over he said yeah? I said. I responded remember when he said if you didn't give him us he'd take us away he said then I realized what was wrong you wouldn't let him take us right? He said on the verge of tears I smiled and held him close I would never let that happen. Promise? He asked I nodded can I sleep with you he asked of course I said.
After a few minutes
He was asleep I smiled and thought "I promise".
