Scenario:

It's the day of the year when Kunimi gets really sick. It's not good for all threes grades.

3rd Person PoV~

2nd December~

"C'mon you two, you've got to get up or you'll be late for practice." Kunimi stated as he attempted to pull their partners out of the bed.

"Go back to bed, baby. It's the weekend." Kageyama trailed off as he cuddled further into Kindaichis chest.

"No, it's Monday. Get the fuck up or no cuddles tonight." That got Kageyama and Kindaichi up in seconds, for them having no Kunimi cuddles was practically hell.

"Okay, okay, we're up, we're up."

3rd December~

"Akira. Baby, you have to get up." Kindaichi said as they walked back into their bedroom, they had gotten up about an hour earlier with Kageyama and were already ready for school.

"Urgh~" Kunimi groaned as they rolled over onto their stomach in the bed. Kindaichi sighed and went downstairs to find Kageyama finishing up  breakfast.

Hearing someone coming into the kitchen, Kageyama turned around expecting Kunimi to be there, frowning slightly when he saw just Kindaichi.

"Where are they?"

"What's the date today?"

"December 3rd wh- Oh. Okay, whose staying today?" Kageyama said, turning the stove off so their food wouldn't burn.

"I think we should ask them. They might want both of us."

"Okay, c'mon, let's go see how they are."

The two walked back upstairs, slightly hesitant to open the door to the bedroom as they weren't sure what mood Kunimi was in that day.

"Hey, baby. How are you feeling?" Kageyama asked as he sat on the edge of the bed.

"Like crap. Can both of you stay today? Please?" Kunimi sat up slightly, looking at the two with pleading eyes that made their hearts melt in an instant.

"Okay, baby. I'll call Mom, he's probably with Suga anyway, I'll be back in a minute." Kageyama said, kissing the top of his partners heads lightly before going back downstairs to plate the food as they talked.

The phone rang for only a few seconds before Suga answered Oikawas phone.

"Hello? Who is this?"

"Suga? It's me Kageyama, why are asking who I am? My number should be in Mom's phone."

"It's down as "favourite child number 2" so I wasn't exactly sure."

"Fair enough. Is Mom with you?"

"Toorus in the shower. What did you need sweetheart?"

"Me, Akira and Yūutaro won't be coming into school today."

"Why not?"

"Ask Mom when he gets out of the shower. But it's the 3rd of December. He'll know what that means."

"Okay?"

"Thanks, also tell Dad and Daichi aswell, breakfast is burning. Bye."

Kageyama hung up as he finished playing the food, taking the three plates upstairs and into their bedroom, smiling at the sight of Kindaichi and Kunimi snuggled together watching some shitty American Hallmark movie, it was December after all.

Yes, it's like July. Yes this is set in December. Do I care? Nope. This is so not copy and pasted off my KinKuniKage book...
