Chapter 2: An another normal day

      It's been a day after we were attacked. It was Thursday, and I still have school. Cass and I met up at the Housepark park to walk to school together. It wasn't that we were friends. That was because, we wanted to see if any of us was okay. We walked to school seeing Mei. One of Chloes 'Friends'. "Hey Mei" I shouted. "Hello" she said in a soft voice. "Hey Mei. Is Chloe here" Cass said. "No, she isn't. Looks like we are the first ones to arrive at the Gates" she said.

    "I just wanted to say. We both were attacked. At the woods Chloe suggested we should go" Cass said. "AND I was CLOSE to being Sex Assaulted—" I shut my mouth because of the the teachers was here. "Damn it. Should not reveal that" I give a soft quiet giggle. "You were. I should've known this would happen. But I don't have the heart to reveal it" she said. I grabbed her hands and raised them at the her chest. "It's okay. Now I know your not much of a bully" I said, "well I wouldn't like to be one".

Mei was a shy girl. Especially the one who has to force to be a bully. And it was the beginning of the year of 7th grade. For me and Cass. Then when saw Chloe, Mei ran to her as fast as she can away from us. "What's her deal. Being with Chloe all day" Cass pointed out. "Well she must have a reason for that. Maybe that she has to be forced to be in that friend group" I said. Then class already started. Me and Cass headed to our first class. We have decided that we'll meet at lunch at a few hours.

It was already lunch Period, and today was a lot. I had the total of 4 exams of each of my 4 periods from my stepreate teachers I may not possibly name them all. So I was glad that I had lunch. I payed for my lunch and head to a table. Cass wasn't here yet, but I'm sure she's coming. I ate 1/5 of the apple, and I heard a "please stop" screaming voice. I soon to get up from my seat and rushed over to the scream. Just me being concerned. Then the screaming became louder. Then I saw Cass. "Hey Cass! What's going on" I shouted as I got closer. I saw her budging the door of the bathroom. "No use, it's locked. Mei might be possibly be in there with the mean girls, you know what I mean! Just help me open it" Cass shouted, as she desperately tried to kick down the door.

      "We should ask the teachers to open the door. It's locked from the outside" I said after giving it a try on the door. "What's going on" a voice of a woman said. I turned back to see Ms. Hayes dashing to us. "The bathroom door is locked. Someone in there Cass predict that it was Mei, is—" then I was cut off my an another scream who says: "No! You can't, give me that back—" then the screams continued. "That sounds like Miss. Roosevelt. I'll ask the janitor to open it since he has the keys" she said, then she left knowing that we understand. Then we look back to the bathroom door. Then I became close to the door. "Hang on Mei, we are getting someone to open the door" I shouted.

Meanwhile, Chloe's pov

I was going to teach this crybaby a lesson. not only if she did not do my homework, but she was late to do my chores! Me and the girls, Camllie and Lia were taking off everything unessary on her face, such as her ugly mask, and her eye patch she refuses us to take off. Then we were taking off her ugly hairstyle that made The masked freak cry even more. Then we heard some shout: "Hang on Mei, we are getting someone to open the door". That sounded like Rai, the brown headed freak. She's trying to get rid of my plans for the 16th time this year! I swore that I kept that freak away from us. .

Meis pov

"Hang on Mei, we are getting someone to open the door" that sounded like Rai. "Please hurry" I said. "Shut up" she kicked me to the ground, and got all corners of my body. "Girls now" Camille and Lia tried to take off my eye patch, but I let out a sign that I refuse. That counts as standing up, right? I got up trying to get my balance. Then I was pushed down. I never knew the bathroom floor was so hard. They removed my bandages that is now Black scars. I don't want to say it, but I'll say it in a few days to Rai and Cass since they trust me and I trust him. Not only that but, my black scars began to burn more aches to my skin, that caused me to scream.

"Hang on in there, Ms. Hayes will be coming with the bathroom door" I heard Cass shout too. "Please hurry—" then I began screaming again. No one, not even Chloe knows how much being, that is painful with it can to sun. When they manage to take of my eyepatch, I closed my eye. Not to reveal... the death eye. The most dangerous eye in human history. Then I heard a kick at the bathroom door. "Help" i screamed in pain. Then more more that I kept screaming, the more that Chloe wanted to hurt me. "Open your god damn eye" Chloe shouted furiously. Then I got the courage to say: "no". "What did you say" the tone got me even more scared and traumatized. Then the door finally opened. I was straight to refief. I saw Rai, Cass, one of the teachers Ms. Hayes, and the janitor. "Thank you so much for helping me".

Back to Rais POV

"You welcome. Plus we would've been more hurt that what you suffered recently" I said. Then I looked at Chloe, while hugging Mei. I looked at her furiously. What she did to Mei, wasn't cool. But it's always hard to keep my cool. She had burns all over her body. I helped to wrap up her burns, while Cass just stood there looking at us and yelled: "That wasn't cool. That's way over the top. Like, it was torture". "You okay Mei" I said. "Yeah, I am" I can tell that she was lying from her fake smile. "Please don't lie. You kinda need to explain it to the teachers—" "I already know her condition" Ms. Hayes said, "please meet me at my office after school. Also I'm sorry that you nor Cassandra ate lunch, since I know you two were excussted with the exams".

"If you say so" then I helped Mei get up on my back and started to go to the nurses office. After when we wrapped her up, she said: "thanks for helping me. You might not be aware of my condition. I'm planning to tell you someday when Chloe of the other sumbags were around" she said, at the end she put a little subborness to it. "Say, wanna join our Duo and turn it to a trio than a squad that treats you and other people like crap" I said. "Mhm" I took that as an answer as: "Yes I will".

We went spending our rest of the day going to our classes. Then I had to go to Ms. Hayes office after. When I got there she said:

"Thank you for helping out Mei. She might be having a hard time dealing with herself completely—"
"Don't worry, she's in me and Cass's friend trio, since she joined in. Sometimes we get picked on and I'm the one in the trio who stands up to the trio. The, What do you call it, protective one" I said.
"I'm sorry that you didn't eat your lunch because what happened in the—"
"Please not now. I'll get home and eat. See it's settled" I said.

Then somebody knocked on the door. "May I have a minute" I heard a voice. "Sure" She said. Then I went home saying bye to the teacher, and went home, and invited Mei over for a night.

"A another day at school. lucky me..." I said in excustion, and started to head home...
