Chapter 9: Dark link

       We followed the path. There was no sign of Rai nor Zelda but we do have a few clues to where Rai and Zelda are hidden.

    1. The abyss
    2. The sea
    3. The degeon

     The degoen sounded so much that it made us not go there. We headed to the Abyss of Hyrule. We took us a few hours to get there. Then we checked. No was nothing. Then we headed to the Seas. We checked with the zoras to see if Rai or Zelda are there. Sadly they said no. "Why are you looking for them. We don't even know a person named Rai" I heard a Zora say. "It's because Dark Link has appeared" that phase made everyone shocked. "Dark.. Link. The villain" a male Zora said. "Yup. It's true. Zelda and a girl named Rai has been kidnapped by him" I said. Then it was nighttime. "We should eat some food and then start looking for the two" Link said. BEN though, has been quiet.

     If he would've shown himself, every Zora may attack him for what's he's done. Plus his weakness is water. after all, he is. A glitch. "Come on, you heard Link. Time to rest or eat" I said to BEN. "Oh. Okay" he had Links Hyrulian hood. So people wouldn't notice him as a 'Threat'. Then we were a few inches away from the Seas. BEN kept quiet while eating his apple. "BEN, is everything okay" I asked him. "Not really, the day you mentioned that she was going to be kidnapped. It scared when you said the names" BEN whispered. "How" Link came involved with the conversation. "It's just, I don't wanna kill people anymore. I don't... wanna kill Rai. But this urge. I just want to escape it. But when Rai's with me, I feel something else than murder" BEN explained while eating his apple.

     "Wow.. that's deep. Wonder how her friend would've reacted with" I said, "Remember we have tomorrow and that's it. We have tomorrow to save Rai and Zelda of else we are doomed". "How are we doomed" Link asked. "Her friend, who I think is named Cassandra, is suspecting us. If she find out any of this, Rai... will have a bunch to explain right of her mouth" I explained. "We should rest. Because tomorrow we have a long day" Link said. "Okay" BEN whispered and laced down. As he did, the rest of us did too.

      "I really hope your safe, Rai"..

Rai's POV

    It's been a long time since i talked to Zelda. I yawned when I felt I was tired. "Tomorrow, we will escape. Doesn't it take long to wait for the boys to save us" I said. "You actually got a Point there. Don't wanna be here trapped waiting for the idiot to save me" Zelda kinda laughed. "But we should rest. Because tomorrow.." "Yeah, you actually got a point there again" Zelda said. Well it's time to go to sleep. I closed my eyes. Then it became cold. I'm pretty sure Zeldas eyes are closed too.

    The next day... (April 14th, 2021)

      It felt like forever since we were trapped here. Saria and the others are trying to get us out, I mean, finding us that is. I looked over to Zelda. She was sleeping peacefully. I wish I was like that. But, I never ever got good sleep. Never, in my life. But I manage to get some sleep during the day. I bit through the chains. There hands. Then I twisted them and I manage to break free. There's much you don't know about me, Dark. I started to untie the ropes on my legs. Then I walked to Zelda.

   "Zel.. wake up"

     She woke up. "What happened" she said. "We were busting out of here. No matter the cause. That's what. A true princess does. A princess that never needs a prince" I whispered. She smiled. "Then, let's get out of here! Heheh. Let's prove Society what's right and what's wrong" Zelda whispered back. Then we looked around the room. "Oh and, I should free you first" I said. "How? The only way to open them was to get the key" Zelda said. "Then How did I get out" I said. I lift up the key. "You got it. But how" She said in shock. "I manage to get the key while I was being kidnapped" I said freeing her. "But actually, I didn't use the key".

     "How did you do it then" She asked me in fantasied way. "I twisted" I said, "oh okay" she said. Then there was a crack of light. I got a sword from nowhere. "Just, trust me on it" I said, she nodded. I blade when through the hole. What I'm trying to do is, make that hole bigger so me and Zelda can escape. It was a bit bigger. "Wow. Never knew you had this much skill. Especially with a sword" Zelda said. "Thanks. Don't be too loud" I said. Then I couldn't get myself to break more out. "How about that. Can you fit there" I asked. "Maybe. I'll pull you out in return" she said, going into the hole. It was a few minutes. "I'm out. Now let me pull you" she said. I reached my hand out to her. Then something had pulled me back.

     "D-Dark Link!" I shouted. "Hello. Trying got escape. I'm afiad that's not going to happen" Dark Link said. "Run! If you see Saria or Link, tell them I'm in trouble!" I shouted. "Okay. But I'm not going to leave you here" she said. I smiled. Then I managed to pull him back. That lead him crashing to a wall. "We meet again.. Dark Link" I said.

      "The battle begins, how charming" I laughed when I said that...
