Chapter 5: Cassandra's suspicion

"Thanks again for inviting me to your house yesterday, plus the foods really good" Mei said. "Oh you welcome. It was my honor. Something I can do for my new friend who just got into the group" I said. "I really hope BEN is getting along with Rai" I couldn't really hear, but I think that came from Mei. "What did you say" Cass said. "Oh, nothing. Just wondering what I would do when I get back home" Mei said. "Oh okay" Cass said. For what I have heard at least, it's about me getting along with someone. But I didn't really mind it.

      Then lunch period was over. That means we had to return to our classes. "You guys have PE at this hour" Mei asked. "Yeah, and you too" I said. "Yeah" Mei said. Then we started to ran off to our day. Well sorta. I was listening to music, Mei touched my shoulder. "Yeah" I said. "What are you listening to" She asked. "Just some K-pop music, why" I said. "Oh. By the chance, can you and Cass dance with me, at the towns square. At public. At a curtain song" Mei asked. "What song is it" I asked. "How you like that. From Blackpink" she said. "That was the song I was listening to just now" I said. "Well, Let's practice. Do you remember the moves" I said. "Yeah" She said.

      "Then let's do it. I have done the dance myself too. I'm just working onto mastering it".

      After a while of dancing we saw Cass walking towards us. "Hey Cass" I said. "Hey, what'ca guys doing" she said. "Well, we are practicing our dance for the public" I said. Mei nodded. "Oh, and Mei was asking me if you can dance with us" I said. "Well dancing. Well sure" she said. I saw Mei's eye lit up. "Thank you Cassidy" she said. Then Cass joined in on dancing.

       Then the class Period was over. "See you after school" Mei said. "Same goes to you" we said. Then started to head to our classes, and went on to our day.

     After school

         We haven't seen Mei since PE. I thought that she left already. But Cass, she doesn't agree with me. "Do you think she's acting, strange" Cass said. "No, why" i said. "About the scene where she says 'just a sec' and we had to wait for 4 minutes for her to come out" She said. "Maybe she had to find out how to express her condition to my mother" I said. "And where We mysteriously find a game Caridage" she said. "You know, that's kinda strange to even see that from Mei though. But I doubt that's true. For what I know the game caridage wasn't on my desk when Mei played on my Nintendo. So I think that can be true" I said.

       Then we saw Mei. She was ready to run out of campus. "There she is" Cass said. Then she stared running. Cass pulled my arm and said: "let's follow her. It might have proof for what I was saying". She ran to the direction of the woods. "Oh no" we both said, and ran to the woods. But something had pulled me back, to left Cass not noticing. "Be careful there. No one wants to know. Let's keep this between you and me" I heard a familiar glitchy voice. I turned around to see BEN. "Mmmmm, hmp. Mhmmmmmmm!" That's what Was trying to say.

      "Oh, what am I doing here? Just pulling you out fo the situation—" "BEN please stop harassing the girl for a second". I heard a familiar voice, but when I looked up, it wasn't the person I thought it was. Or is it. It was a girl. As a demon. But she looked, unusual as the other demons I heard of. She had black skin, red eyes, and her hair was black. But stuff that was very unusual was that her eyes. They were the death eyes. The most dangerous eye in history. "Hello" I said. "Hello" She said back. "How do you know BEN" I asked her. "Woah somebody's jealous" I heard BEN say. "Oh shut up" I said, getting up from BEN's lap.

         Then I heard footsteps. It was running towards my direction. "Rai! Rai!" I heard Cass shout. "It's coming close" the girl said. Then I saw a few glitch pixels go through my phone. I knew that it was BEN. Then the girl disappeared too. Then I saw Cass.

    "Rai, why are you here" I heard Cass say. "Oh, I felt like I needed to look at this Area" I said. "I found nothing about Mei. "By the way, I heard voices. Who were you talking to" Cass asked. I knew I couldn't lie at this one. Cass never forgets a voice. Even if it's someone we didn't know.

    "Well, it's my voice acting skills" then I started to mimic the voices to avoid Cass finding out BEN. "Oh okay. We should get out of the forest" Cass said.

    "Mhm" I said, then we walked out of the woods.

       We both got home. I greeted my mom and started heading to my room, practicing the dance, eventually forgetting that BEN is on my phone. I closed my door, because I didn't feel comfortable dancing in my room with the door open. After a while of dancing, I paused the song, and looked around. I felt as if I was being watched. Then I didn't notice that, he came out of the TV. "Hello there" he said. Pinning me down. "Would you mind" I said. "Nah" then he kissed me once again. "Seriously" I said. "What" he said.

       Then an another person came out. "Darn it" a female voice said. I gasped at that matter. Then I see a girl with green short hair, blue eyes, and a green outfit of different shades.

     "Who are you" I said in shock, not knowing who she was. .
