** five years later**

I quietly stepped into the light pink painted room.

There I sat in the doorway admiring my amazing wife as she rocked our perfect little angle Sarah who was sound asleep.

She was only four months old, and just loved weakening mommy and daddy up at three in the morning.

But Kadence didn't mind she always wanted a daughter and I was happy to give her one.

"Daddy..." Our thee year old Eathin mumbled behind me rubbing his eyes.

I put a finger over my lips to tell him to be quite.

Kadence turned to see us both and smiled warmly, then put away Sarah.

I scooped up my sons tired body in my arms.

"What are you doing up?" I asked as Kadence closed the door behind her as she existed the room.

"Sarah woke me up" he whimpered, throwing his arms to his side.

He had his mommas hair and my eyes.

"I'm sorry... Do you want something to drink?" Kadence asked.

He shook his head.

"Do you want to sleep with us?" I questioned.

He nodded.

"Fine.." Kadence sighed.

I laid on my shoulder as I carried him into our room and laid him on bed.

"No kicking" Kadence demanded, but he was already asleep.

"Just like his daddy alright." She mumbled and I chuckled.
